-What are we doing about our name?? We had a discussion but nothing seems to have come of it.

If I crossed out your name it's a good thing. You are without a doubt a member of this club. As for the others:
Nienna Tinehtele and Lady Dark Moon: I don't want to kick them out because the were very active members for a while but they seem to have dissapeared 
Lady Nienna: Also seems to have dissapeared but she was pretty active for a bit.
Kitoky: Has only posted a couple of times but well she's a mod 
Lady of the Tower Guard and Frostbitten_Princess: I barely remember them, from the club or anywhere on this forum.
_Melkor_: We're still not sure if he asked to become a member...and Witchy seems to have ruled that he's not a member...

Excellent  We still have the problem of choosing a name. I think that everyone should give their top two choices and see if we can all agree on something.

If I may say something..... I think it'd be very much a violation of some A-U rule or guideline to directly say we don't want more members.... like a discrimination towards future joining members of the forum...something like that.. and maybe it'd actually be.... like we never know maybe in this very moment we unknowingly waiting for the One member who.... err... will be the chosen one... something!
*knows she is moving on an edge and is close to loosing her audience so gets back on track*
What I'm trying to say is that we could put the not-so-active-but-former-accepted-members as 'pending' or maybe degrade them to 'orcs' uhm... or gardeners or something so they'd still be on the list so we can move them up to Nazgûl position if they prove to be true members. I mean so we'd still have their names on some kind of list.....
Makes sense?

I only counted 8 members on that list...not nine. But that could just be me. Stopping members from joining is a little bit mean...but then we are the Nazgul...  .....perhaps it should depend on how active they are.
My personal favourites for the name of this club would be:
Minas Morgul Fortress Of The Nazgul
Minas Morgul Lair Of The Nazgul
One question. *in a sweet voice* How come I was allowed to be a Nazgul member if you didn't accept any new people when I arrived?  _________________
