"I hate you!" the resounding voice of Iris yelled at her brother as she tried to push him further away from her.

"I didn't bring them here!" Fisco yelled back and then turned back to admiring the group of strangers again.

"Well, it doesn't matter because I am not going to talk to you anymore. I can't believe we both had the same mother. You are so.....ridiculous to live with."

Iris stared at Fisco, wanting him to respond back, but Fisco seemed just not to care as he walked up to one of the horses, wanting to touch it. This, in all, made Iris even more mad and she went through with the only thing she knew how: sit down on the ground and pout until her brother noticed.

Vertha looked up and saw the two hobbits argue and bicker and quarrel. She sat there for a moment and then started to laugh. She hadn't done that for a very long time but she couldn't help it. She was reminded how she would argue with her sisters over extremely trivial things.

Vehiron's ears perked up as as he caught the scent of another wolf nearby. Meanwhile, Arwyn smiled as she hear the argument between the hobbit children in the background. Nevertheless, she waited in silence for one of the others to answer Aaron's question.

Vertha was still giggling when she remembered she had to answer Aaron. "Sorry," she apologized. "We're going to go to my home in the mountains in Leslia."

Aaron glanced back at the two hobbits.
"Oh, and that would be Iris and Frisco. To Leslia, you say?" he looked to the back of the mounted group. "All of you, including humans? But, a human hasn't entered Leslia for more than a hundred years. That's interesting, but I guess none of my buisness," Aaron said, stroking Saradh's white coat. Her hair was pricking so slightly that it couldn't be seen, but Aaron could feel it. "Of course I'd say these are strange days indeed if another race other than vampire is welcomed to Leslia. Oh, I'm sorry, I'm starting to ramble. There's just alot to ponder these days."

Arruina glanced at Vertha, then smiled at the two little hobbits. She urged Starstorm forward a little till she was even with Paloc, and halted. When Aaron mentioned it being strange days, her hand went to her saddle-bag where her crystal burned with an inner fire. Did he know? Arruina shook her head mentaly. There was no way he new...

Vehiron slowly stepped forward in the direction that Silvereyes waited. Calling forth a greeting, Vehiron waited to see if the other wolf would respond. Arwyn looked down at her friend, a slow smile tracing her lips as she recognized that there was no malice in his cry. "What is it boy? Have you found a friend?" she asked as her attention turned toward the shadows.

Aaron suddenly jumped and clawed at his chest. He pulled out a stone from under his tunic that was on a leather cord. He held it away from his chest with the cord. It burned, and Aaron hoped it didn't leave a welt on his chest. He glared at the crystal. He didn't want to give away that he had it to strangers...

Vertha felt a stinging heat somewhere near her waist too. She hissed and went to the pouch near his belt. She withdrew the bright glowing stone that she stole from the demon lord. "What is this?" she asked, mainly to herself but Larkus apparently heard it as he was staring at the stone. He then said, "I would think Father would know."

"Father knows best," Vertha agreed.

Vehiron howled back a response and started in the direction where Silvereyes waited. Arwyn smiled slightly at the wolf when a sudden heat from the pouch that hung at her waist drew her attention. She gasped slightly in both pain and surprise and her hand instinctively went to her pouch. With that she withdrew the stone that she had found earlier, it's brilliant glow adding to the lights that surrounded her, though she tried desperately to shield it without much success. "By Kalistara, what is happening?" she murmured to herself.
