Morwen followed the rest to the stables, but hesitated before she mounted Breda. "Deawen, there are supplies I must get from my room. Wait for me somewhere. Send Eston's hawk out for me, if need be." Waiting for no response, she grabbed a leather rope and ran to the wall. She followed it to where she thought their rooms had been. The masonry was rough enough that she could get enough leverage with her toes to boost herself up. She climbed quickly, grateful for the experience and upper body strength she gained from a childhood of running around the bluffs near the Snowbourn River. She peaked in the window she believed was hers and saw it was empty. She pulled herself in and grabbed her pack. She glanced around and grabbed the silver goblet she had been drinking from, and a few pelts from the bed. She stuffed them all into the pack and looked for something sturdy. She tried the sconces on the wall, then the bed. She finally was satisfied with the iron ring that held the rope of the chandelier. She tied the rope to it, tested it one more time, threw it out the window, and followed right behind. She repelled quickly, hearing new shouts from the window. About 10 feet above the ground, the rope slipped and she fell. The end slithered down, revealing a clean cut. Shortly behind the rope came an arrow - uncomfortably close to her left foot. She scrambled up and zig-zagged past the wooden stockade and out through the market. The people had vanished into their houses. With no one in sight, Morwen spied an unattended horse. She jumped onto its back and spurred him out into the snow. She followed the prints of her party and galloped until she was out of sight. Once she was safe, she dismounted and sent the frightened animal back, with a silver coin attached in the braided reins. As she continued to walk on in the tracks of the others, she felt the cold beginning to creep in on her.

Anira quickly readied Thalion with the supplies that she needed before quickly mounting the steed. "Run like the wind," she urged her friend. "For unfriendly eyes cast their gaze on us now. We can not let them hinder our mission." As Morwen departed from the group, Anira was about to call out to her, but thought better of it, knowing that the woman was both a skilled warrior and horsewoman. I hope she will be alright, she thought to herself.

" Time to go!" Deawen said before urgig her horse forward leading Sen's horse with one hand. The group clashed out of the stables into the snow and road. Luckily the only henderance they had was the city gate guards who seeing their opponets on horseback threw their weapons down and ran. Deawen mentaly noted this " they are not as strong centered as I had feared. Infact I don't think they really want a war with Minas Tirith atleast the common dont, thier leader however i can't explain" she said almost to herself. THey rode through the gates and took the road that led up the mountain. Deawen didn't call for a halt until they were enough away that they could not be tracked easily. She had found a cave in the moutain side, it was shallow but it was out of the elements. " If we want a Fire tonight we need to pin the saddle blankets over the mouth of the cave so we can pass the night unseen." she told them as she unsaddled her horse. She had Helped Sen from his horse and placed him comfortably wrapped in a fur pelt out of the wind and snow.

Still breathing heavily from the exertion of their swift escape from the city, Imlosiel dismounted her steed, her feet heavily hitting the frozen earth. It was difficult to stop herself from constantly looking over her shoulder, still fearful that they were still being pursued.
The wind blew her tangled hair into her face as she made her way to the safety of the cave while carrying her belongings and some of the group's supplies. She set down the bundles and sat down, attempting to catch her breath.
Thankful for the shelter from the icy winds, Imlosiel began to unpack several items needed to make a small camp.

Anira quickly dismounted as well, and gave her steed a quick pat. "Thank you, friend" she whispered as the beast nickered in response. Glancing over her shoulder once, she frowned at the wind-not even attempting to control its power. She could tell instinctively that a darker power had also mastered the element and she knew that if she were to lock herself in a battle of wills with the creature now, she could reveal their position. Leading Thalion into the cave, she quickly began to unbundle some supplies.

As Morwen trudged through the frigid wind, thickening with snow, she began to notice the heavy presence once again. She ignored it as she approached the precipitous wall of the mountains. By now, the wind was so heavy with snow she could not see. With loss of sight came panic. She began to run, not sure where she was going. Eventually, she tripped over a boulder and itno a snow drift. She felt the presence leap as the cold snow hit her face. She rolled and struggled out of the mound of snow and found her way back to the cliff. She walked for half an hour more, letting her hand guide her along the wind-swept, sheer mountainside. Though she could not see, she felt the resistance of the rock change to scratch of wool on leather. She clenched her fist and drew the curtain aside and came across a warm hearth with her companions sitting at ease. Without saying anything, she dropped onto the sandy floor and let sobs or relief flow over her.

*Sen weakly grasped the blanket that was placed about his shoulders by Deawen. He was fuming silently; when everyone needed him, he was as helpless as a baby. He also knew that the night ahead would be the true test. Stasite not only rendered him useless, but it... did something to his mind at night. It caused him to remember, all walls that he had put up over the years torn down in an instant. He tried to stay awake as long as possible, the feeling of pins and needles arcing over his body magnified a hundredfold helping him. Yet he fell asleep eventually, and that is when the true torture began... The screams... the pain... the flames... the blood... Athenar...*

Deawen rolled up her sleeves to treat Eston's wounds. On her right arm bore a scar that once was a clean cut but now pink with scar tissue. She was just about to heal the cut on his face when Morwen exploded into their shelter. Deawen instinctivly reached for a dagger, but sighed when she saw it was Morwen. Deawen was too distracted by Sen finally falling asleep. Eston thanked her but would prefer to heal naturally so she could reserve strength for when it really mattered. Deawen then went to Morwen. " Morwen what took you so long? I feared you were caught or frozen!" she said softly, taking Morwen's hands in hers trying to warm them.

Morwen stayed on ground as she answered. "I needed my pack. I can't lose my things. They are too dear to me. And..." she pushed herself up on her elbow and unlaced the top of her bag. "These could come in handy, for us or for use in bartering." She pulled out the furs, saving the goblet until last. "This especially may end up being a good tool to bribe someone with." She tossed it on top of the pack and pulled some of the furs over her. "For now, I need some rest. It is so cold." She went into a darker corner and curled into the tightest ball possible, huddling under a bear fur cover. With no conscious hesitation, she fell into icy blue dreams.

Deawen examined the goblet with dull intrest, she hoped they wouldn't have to bribe anyone. Though she also hoped that their stay at the outpost would be less hostile...things had a way of proving her wrong.
Deawen added more wood to the fire before going back to Sen, she was tired and above all else she was nervous. She felt threatened not on the outside but the inside. She thought about it for a long time in silence, she even isolated her mind away from Sen, he needed rest and not be worried over her nagging fears.

Anira smiled faintly at goods Morwen brought. Smart woman. she thought to herself, knowing the value that such items could potentially have. With that she turned her attention to the fire Deawen had kindled, the dancing flames reflected for the moment in her eyes. Finally she turned her gaze away stared instead at the sealed entrance, wondering how long their presence could go undetected.

Deawen settled down into sleep, she let the fire become embers instead of flame. She stayed near Sen as she always did, but this time she felt herself sleep. Though it was not all peaceful, she dreamt that something called her from afar, she then dreamt of the cave they were in that something lurked in it, she opened her eyes with a start. She imedaitly sensed movement, and sat up. She spat out several swears as her fears were confirmed, atleast seven strangers were in the cave, and they did not look freindly.

Satisfied with the supplies she had set up, Imlosiel turned gratefully to the fire, and made her way towards it's radiating warmth. She knelt down next to it and pulled her cloak tightly about her shoulders, attempting to keep in as much of the heat as possible. The heat and the exhaustion from their escape soon took their toll...Imlosiel's eyelids, heavy with sleep, soon closed. She nodded off into a thin sleep.

Deawen immediatly reached for her dagger, but one of the strangers growled something. Deawen froze but never let her gaze fall off the stangers. Deawen regonised the strangers as a form of the wolf-men tribe. One of the wolfmen growled something, implying that they were to get up. Deawen stayed her ground ready to reach for her dagger, she quickly glanced at Sen, then back to the strangers. The one that growled something stepped over the small dying fire, his wolf skin boots making little noise. He was tall and heavy, he grunted something and the other wolf-men began to wake Deawen's companions, rather rudely. Deawen sprang from her sitting position rolled to the side and grabbed her dagger. The Wolf-man grunted again and in a single move almost had Deawen neck.

Anira grunted slightly as a wolfman grabbed her, awaking her from her light sleep. Mentally cursing herself for her carelessness, she glanced around darkness of the cave to see other intruders of the same kin as the one who grabbed her. "Unhand me!" she cried as struggled against his grip. "What do you want?" she demanded of them.

The wolf man that had ahold of Anira simple laughed at her struggles. He was clearly amused, as he was built like an ox, but the leader didn't seem pleased by the girls struggling. Before Deawen could slip out of his grasp he had her by her slender neck. A cruel looking dagger at her throat. A clear message for Deawen to tell her companion to stop struggling. " Anira! stop!" she choaked as the grip on her neck slught tensed, she felt that all he had to do was pinch his fingers and would snap her neck.
