a) Beauxbatons carriages/durmstrang ship:The ship I have to say is brilliantly done and the flying carriages are exactly the way I imagined them to be.

b) Durmstrang students coming in:That was pretty basic, although Hermione looked a tad too interested in Krum when he walked in. I thought she was going to swoon or something, (and if she had I think I would have flipped.)

c) Beauxbatons students coming in: Errrr....what's with the birds/butterfly things? Yeah...

d) Harry and his water slopping thing: A tad unecessary, and I little odd looking...

e) Harry asking Cho to the ball: Perfect! Perfect! Perfect!

f) Ron/Mcgonagal dancing lessons: Down with S.P.E.W. up with dancing lessons...what does that tell you? That scene was kind of funny though...

g) Yule Ball: Oh wow is all I can say. I love it when the film makers make the scene with everyone dancing in unison, it looks really cool that way. Again, brilliantly done!

h) Madame Maxime: Errr...not really how I imagined her...she looks a tad too old in my opinion.

i) Beginning of Ron/Hermione fight: I love Emma's acting! I think she's going to top it in this one.

j) Dumbledore: I miss Richard...

k) Cedric Diggory: He's lookin' kind of fine I must say. He definantly caught my attention.

l) Harry talking to Ron: "I don't want eternal glory" a kind of odd thing to say...: Err...yeah. Actually I kind of understand that. He's already famous enough and I'm sure he only wants to sit back and watch once in a while.

m) Moody: Oh dear, oh dear...not how I imagined him. I am quite disappointed in the film makers. Tsk...tsk...

n) Unforgivable curses class: Very cool.

o) Sirius's head in the fire: Errrr...at first I didn't get what that was until I watched it again and then I realized it was Sirius. Errr...that is definantly not how I imagined it.

p) "The devils are inside the walls": Errrr....can someone explain this to me.


Overall the movie looks pretty good.

My much shorter review:

In general I liked it. But....Madame Maxime was awful. I imagined her
like a charming beautiful lady. And they showed Voldemort! I hoped
they'll keep him in secret till the movie comes out. I loved the ball
scene....and I'm beginning to think that Krum is handsome. And that
Sirius' head on fire....I didn't like it.

But I can't wait till the movie comes out.

My best guess is that Sirius is trying to warn Harry that all the conspiracies are being developed inside the walls of Hogwarts. But then, how would Sirius know about it? It's confusing!



You guys thought her a beautiful lady? I never really imagined her that --- what's her description in the book? I don't remember. I always pictured her just a chubby giant adorned with rings and such. Basically Dolors Umbridge but much bigger and...less irritating.

I didn't imagine Madame Maxime as "pretty" either but I didn't imagine her as a "chubby giant." I never liked Madame Maxime and I could never really figure out how she would look...but definately not like she does in the movies.

a) Quidditch World Cup: Looks FABULOUS!

b) "I love it when they do that": Riiiiight....I was actually thinking the exact opposite.



c) Durmstrang/fire thing: Definately not from the book and I don't get it

d) Rita: We hear her speak for the first time! I didn't expect it to be quite so high.

e) Diggory's cuteness update: I'm dissapointed with the shot here What's with his hair?

f) "You don't have a choice, you're the boy who lived": Who's saying this?

g) Dude: Is this the Durstrang headmaster...sorry forgot his name..Karka somehting.

h) "This isn't just a tournament anymore": Why is Hermione saying this? She shouldn't know that anything is going on.

i) "Who are you and what do you want?: First time we hear Cedric speak...right before he drops dead

I'm scared of how long my post will be when the movie actually comes out

Hogwarts - same as in PoA and looks superb
Quidditch World Cup - I got goosebumps
Same thing for the arrivals
I don't love either when they do that.
Ball - beautiful! Bit icy though...
