So, I had the idea for an RP that takes place in a boarding school, and thus, this roleplay was born.


<center>The story begins at Aldridge Academy, a co-ed boarding school in England. It's the beginning of the school year and our characters were enrolled there this September by their parents. They're forced to wear uniforms, teachers are extremely strict, the classes are boring and worst of all, the lunches in the refectory (cafeteria) are utterly disgusting.
One day while studying in the library, a group of friends discover a dusty old book behind one of the bookshelves. The mysterious book is filled with many secrets waiting to be uncovered; some could even change their lives forever.</center>

I'm not going to say anymore about this book until the roleplay begins unfolding, at which time more will be revealed.

Personality: Cherry is pretty level-headed and calm, but is known to react horribly when things aren’t going right. She’s pretty smart, especially when it comes to science, and studies well in advance for tests.
Background/History: Cherry was born on July 30th to parents Carson and Lydia in Colorado. She lived a pretty normal childhood and at age 16, was shipped off to Aldridge Academy, a boarding school in England. Cherry is actually pretty fond of this school, after hearing some pleasant things about it, which turn out to be completely wrong.

Personality: Adrian is pretty recluse; he doesn’t like talking much to people unless they’re his friends. He’s also very untrusting of people (mostly because of an incident that happened with his ex-girlfriend) and it’s hard to get to know him since he’s so closed up.
Background/History: Adrian was born on October 26th to parents Garrett and Melanie. He lived an average childhood with a small group of friends and not too much happened of significance. When Adrian turned 15, he got his first girlfriend, a beautiful girl named Meyghan; a few months after they started going out, Adrian caught Meyghan cheating on him with his best friend. After since the incident, Adrian has been reluctant to trust people so easily. At 17, his parents sent him to Aldridge Academy in England to try and help improve his grades; Adrian quickly accepted just so he had an excuse to leave his house.

Personality: Amber is quite the outgoing gal, though she has a bit of a temper and if you get on her bad side she will get very upset. She can be moody at times, but that is only when she is really upset, so just keep her happy
Background/History: Amber was born and raised in England and knew all her life that she would be going to Aldridge Academy just as her mother and father. That's where her parents had met. She didn't mind the school, but would have rather went to a more low key institution.

Personality: Moody, quick tempered and quick to judge and cast away people who he think aren't 'normal'. A bit of a Bully
Background: Parents died when he was only 13, he and his sister were sent to Aldridge as none of their family had the time to adopt them. He resents this and blames everyone for his situation. His rash temper finds him getting into fights more often than not. He is irrationally protective of his sister too.
Other Notes: Excels in all sports especially Soccer. An adrenaline Junky.

Background/History: Rain and Don were born in England and lived there most of their life. Their father was always busy with work, but their mother was a stay at home mom. They lived in a big house with alot of property and horses. This time was Rain's favorite time in her life. At age 15 their mother died, as so their dad, not having any time to care for them, sent the two to bording school. They even spend summers and breaks there, and never hear from their dad. Their grandfather on their mother's side was more like a father to the two than their actual dad, and now even sends them stuff and keeps in contact with them.
Other Notes: Rain and Don are twins. Rain is older by two minutes, but Don calls Rain his little sister because he's almost a head taller than her. She also plays violin, but doesn't do it for school.
