Goldleaf smiled. "True," she said. "But all we can do is offer a little help. We're not an army, we're probably the oddest group to try and save - and I use that word in the smallest sense - a city, a country even. Elves, a Dwarf, several humans and a hobbit."

Crossing her legs in front of her she began to roll up her sleeves so she felt a little more comfortable, her forearms were covered in fresh red cuts, a few old burn marks and the right one had a snaking scar from a whip that dissapeared under the rolled fabric. She chuckled, and nodded "Perhaps because I have nearly circled the world and back," she responded jovially. "Where shall we go after the war, Saira?" she questioned good naturedly. "I think I may have to pay a visit to Dol Guldur with the old man, search for survivors and what not. Apparently there aren't many takers for the job. Maybe after I will finally spend more than a week at home"

Goldleaf sat quietly as the two Elves talked. It was very dark now, and the light of the fire alone cast a small light over the camp. Hearing the two friends converse made her feel lonely for her old companions; the ones she'd left behind in Osgiliath. They probably thought she was dead. Come to think of it, Boromir had probably did too. The way she'd disappeared after the battle in Osgiliath; of course, everyone did. But perhaps there would be some of the people she used to know still there when she arrived tommorrow.

She looked up at Saira and back to one of her arms and grimaced, "Saira you have an extra bandage?" She questioned in an annoyed tone. She yawned and looked about the fire as if looking over everyone in the group, once again trying to discern something that she would keep to herself.

Goldleaf yawned. "It's getting very late," she said. "Does no one want to get any sleep?" She clasped her hands together on her lap, looking about her. Everyone apart from the two Elves had been silent for a while. "Perhaps it's best to rest before starting the journey again tommorrow."
