Aelus sat up slowly in bed. He hadn't been sleeping - he didn't sleep all that much at night. He rose from his bed, and went to the large, open window that made up a large portion of his bedroom wall, and looked out. His brow furrowed and his lips thinned as he watched the nightly shadows swirl in the night. The dark abyss, his mild-mannered, calm friend, was turning. Tendrils reached out to him, speaking a silent word of change; urgency; a call that Aelus knew he had to respond to.
But, what was it?

Fierya was in no better shape than anyone else. She had awoke a few hours ago, but it was violent awakening. She awoke from her dream - the one she has been having for over a month now.
Darkness. Shadows. That is all she can see around her. Until a hint of silver comes out into light and glimmers; silver and red. A sudden pain overcomes her body and another shiver runs down her spine and into her stomach as she realizes that the red is the perfect color for blood. And the pain is from where the silver touched her. And then, the only thing she can hear is the endless screams, until she realizes that they are coming from her own mouth...
Fierya shuddered at the dream. She knew it was herself in the dream, but if it was, then the enemy would have found her and caught her, taking her away. How could she be so foolish to let them do something like that? She prayed it was just a warning to be careful. She looked around, sighing, and slipped into her daytime clothes. She had to talk to someone about this - but not yet.

Sierra bit her lip nervously, and caught Nelnya in her hands.
"Go check on the village," she whispered, and let the small creature fly. She disapeared for a second, then appeared again with chirps of alarm. Nelnya sent images of fire and blood on the ground.
"Everyone, up! The village is in danger!" she cried so everyone could hear, Nelnya bugling her call...

Kiki roared her warning as well. Minna was up and running immediately, throwing her jacket on as she ran outside to calm down her dragon. "Quick Sierra!" Minna cried to the other girl,"What else has your pet told you?"

"Nelnya showed me a picture of buildings burning, like the old schoolhouse. And blood on the ground," Sierra quickly said, grabbing Nelnya out of the air, and cradling the golden fire lizard in the crook of her arm. The creature was trembling with fear...

Aelus' brows furrowed as he caught the sound of the girl's conversation. He was a quiet, calm, and gentle soul, usually, but desperate times called for a fiercer figure. He darted out of his small quarters, shifting into a black wolf as he did so; he could run faster this way. With a bark, he dashed towards the village. Before he reached there, he paused, and lifted his dark mussle towards the sky, letting out a howl. It was long and loud, and with a bit of magic, it was a call to the elementals.

Celine jolted up right at Sierra’s cri. The air was cold and the woos where quiet. Something shivered ageist her side causing her to look down. Doreen was curled up in a tight ball next to her. It then downed on her the significance of the cri. Snatching Doreen up in her arms Celine hurried over to where a group had started to form.
“what’s going on?!” Celine asked wide eyed and eagerly.

Fierya dressed and looked out the window when she heard a wolf's cry. Odd, for this time of night. Then she thought she saw movement in the shadows a few leagues away. She blinked once and when she opened her eyes, their faded blue color changed to a bright, alert yellow as she scanned the horizen of the trees. There, just there, was a wolf howling. But it was no ordinary howling.
It was a warning.
And even more odd, there were people with the wolf. A single thought came to Fierya first, and as soon as she thought it, she knew she was right, for she was one of them.
Elementist.
She looked towards the sky, blinked once, and her eyes became their normal shade of blue once again. Curse you, Mother Moon, for whatever you have brought upon this village tonight. For when the Elementists gather, trouble follows quickly. May the Dark Watcher protect us. Fierya said her quick prayer before gathering her dagger and crossbow, along with her longsword, and jumped out the window.

Minna froze in shock,"The village is under attack. How many of the other people here know?" Suddenly, a howl was heard on the wind. "Kiki get those who aren't awake up! Fast!" the girl urged her dragon. Kiki roared, loudly, half answering the call of the wolf, half attempting to wake the others.
At almost the same moment, Dune De la Rhea sprang out of bed, threw on his jacket and went outside, his wolf, Quanton bounded out after him and sat by the qroup of people.
Riko Star, who was bathing by a nearby river, jumped out as soon as he heard the familiar howl that called the elementalists together. He put on his clothes and ran towards the already growing group at the camp.

Galain woke with a gasp. He had felt a heavy pain in his chest but when he examined himself it had already ceased somewhat. But Galain knew its cause: everytime an act of evil had been done he felt pain. As if the balance of good and evli had been shifted. He had felt this from birth, this distinguished him from others and made him an Elemental like the others in his camp.
But it had never been so painful like this. There was something wrong. Only then he registered the sounds and voices from outside. the howl of the wolf. All Elementists were called. Quickly Galain grabbed his bow and buckled his sword belt to go outside.
Outside, it seemed like everyone was in an uprow. Softly Galain whistled and his horse Mazaska appeared. When he mounted, his face twitched for his chest and shoulder still ached but Galain ignored it for now. He rode over to the first person around: Sierra.
"The village?" he said and he didn't need to say more because he read the fear in her eyes. "We must leave now.." he said "perhaps then anything can still be done."

Sierra heard the wolf's call for the elementals. And one by one they each started to arrive. When most were there, she explained whan Nelnya had shown her about the village, fear in her eyes.
When Galain said to leave now, Sierra nodded her agreement.
"Is everyone here, first? The group of us will do more together, then if we were scattered," she said...

Fierya landed on the ground softly, her eyes looking around cautiously. Well, this will be an adventure. She thought. It had been many years since the Elementists had been called, and honestly, they did not know about her - not one of them. She was what was known as an outcast. When the last meeting was called, many, many years ago, she was just a child, and when they went on their mission and she was left behind.
And alone.
Now it was many years later, and she had grown. Not only in years but in wisdom and strength as well. She sighed heavily as she ran along the shadows until she came upon the group, no noise at all. She looked around, scanning faces, but made no noise, simply listened, alert and ready.
