This is the story of the Fellowship of the Ring, but it is composed of completely non-canon characters. There will be no Frodo (tear), no Aragorn, no Arwen, no Sauron, etc. However, every character will be that of our imagination. You can be as original as you would like. You are able to do your own LotR RP character, or a character from another world. If you do an LOTR character, they will not know any of the movie/book characters. This rp will be random and does not necessarily base itself off of the plotline of either the book or the movie.

Personality: After her parents died, Aramel closed herself up and does not fully trust anyone unless she has known them for a long time. She is almost always on her guard and is very quiet. Also an experienced hunter and she could survive in the wild.
Weapons: Long sword with a black hilt and elvish inscriptions.
Background/History: Aramel was born in Rivendell. When her parents Faeron and Aranel Ithilwen were slain by a group of orcs, Aramel was taken in and raised by her uncle. She learned early on how to use a sword and is not easily trusting after loosing her family.
Companions: A hawk called Aefaradien [*Translation - Falcon, or “Hunting Bird” ] and a white stallion named Bree

Personality: After the death of his parents, Talathion has taken on the role of the responsible adult when it comes to journeys with his sister, Aramel. He has learned to take responsibility for his actions and knows that everything happens for a reason. Talathion is very protective of his friends and sister.
Weapons: A handcrafted longbow with golden elvish inscriptions carved into the wood
Background/History: Talathion was born in Rivendell. When his parents Faeron and Aranel Ithilwen were slain by a group of orcs, Talathion was taken in and raised by his uncle, along with his sister Aramel. He quickly mastered archery and swordsmanship.

Plot: She is going to follow the other elves into whatever they choose giving her wisdom and healing to those in need...
Personality: Ryninial has a fire in her that is easily contained so that she can fool those she does not trust, and for her to trust you takes a lot of effort. She is known to be determined and hot-headed in certain situations but overall she is laid back. She grew up most of her life with only a father so she has a hard-shell that can sometimes cause people to be intimidated, but once you see through that shell she has a naturally kind heart.
History: She was born in Mirkwood, but as the darkness grew and hard times came during the third age her family moved to Rivendell. There she learned the craft of healing when she was a young elfling. It was on her 100th (around 8-9) birthday that her mother broke out into fever, quite rare for one of the elves. It was soon learned that her mother was only half-elven and that her human blood had contracted a deadly disease unknown by the elves. Arya died a year after leaving a devasted daughter behind, all that Ryninial had left was a silver locked, shaped as a diamond, holding an emerald. It took Ryninial a good many centuries to get over her mothers death, but once she did she had developed a barrier around her giving her a cold appearance that only few new was a facade, her father for one. Once his wife died he made sure that Ryninial grew up right and taught her how to fight and defend and continued to teach her the art of healing. On one of her trips to Mirkwood with her father visiting family and friends they were attacked by spiders and yrch, her father died valiently saving his daughter. She was devastated, not even the joys of seeing her family could make her smile. She was sent back to Rivendell to heal and has been there ever since, training in the arts of healing and sword and bow awaiting her revenge.
Family: Her mother was Arya, a Maiden of Mirkwood. Her father Elenion was a man of Noble Descent.

Description: Shorter than most people, dark red hair, and gray eyes. Her signature colour is dark red because it matches her fiery personality and is the colour of her favourite flower- a rose.
Personality: Oooh. This is hard. Juliette is basically me in Middle Earth form... Uhm... She's very stubborn, and tends to be sarcastic sometimes. She's funny and loves to be with her friends. She sometimes can get very drunk off of ale when she's with one of her best friends, Maethoriel. She's actually very sensitive, but tries to get through this by creating a strong barrier around her. She tends to be very happy and cares deeply for her friends and family. She's very much like her mother, and will throw herself into a fight without thinking twice. Her kindness and fidelity derives from her father.
History: She is the daughter of Faramir and Eowyn [Yes, I know. Slightly unrealistic. She was my first charrie, and I couldn't help it. Haha]. She is married to Farien [a charrie played by one of my best friends, Hennie] and has a son named Beriothien. Her best friends include Ilmari, Maethoriel, and Tremain. She also has a little wolf that her husband gave her on their anniversary named Aidan and can sometimes be seen with a raven named Rhys.

Description: Dark hair and dark eyes. Very tall and lean, and usually wears black or very dark colours. He has a strange mysterious aura to him and usually a sword or dagger tucked into his belt.
Personality: He is very cynical and extremely sarcastic. He's probably your typical Middle Earth badboy. He's not afraid to break the rules, and will probably scoff at you in a very annoying way. His primary goal in life is to frustrate people. He is often seen by the bar drinking a glass of wine. Despite his outrageous personality, he very suave and has a calm sort of demeanor to him. He is also very rich, and tends to indirectly rub it in your face. He's very handsome, despite his flaws, and deep down inside, is actually not all that mean at all. In fact, he is a romantic. Very few can actually get to know him that well, but if you do, then that is amazing.
History: At one point, he married to a beautiful woman named Serena, but she left him and ran off with his younger brother. A few weeks later, Serena died and his brother disappeared. Since then, he has held a grudge on his brother, without knowing the true story, and has held a grudge against love in general. Though he is a single and handsome bachelor, it will take a lot to win him over.

Maethoriel Heledir[/font]</center>
Age: Far too old (as she generally says, she's in the 5 digits)
Race: Half-elf
Appearance: Short, dark brown hair and eyes. The left side of her face has one long scar starting above her brow, skipping her eye socket and finishing at her lip.
Weapons: She predominately uses sickles, and knives. She finds swords too cumbersome and is completely useless with a bow.
Maethoriel was born in Mirkwood, and is probably one of the first half-elves of Middle Earth. Her father was a merchant and met her mother when he was trading goods with her father. Her mother died when giving birth to Maethoriel's younger sister, her father was able to hold off on leaving Middle Earth for 100 years before his grief overtook him. He entrusted his daughter's care to her grandfather. She was rather strange in her choice of friends and met a dwarf lady by the name of Nin Irohand, the two were fast friends due to similar interest, after Nin passed on Maethoriel befriended her son, Grair and the two were nearly insperable. She became rather restless in the mountain and left one night without a word, only to find herself in Mordor, she quickly succumbed to the offer of power and learned the way of the sword. She earned the high rank of general before she deserted. After her experience she was greatly changed, often working on both sides to prevent herself from being injured. Her last name, Heledir (Kingfisher), is more or less a title that she adopted. It was given to her for various reasons. She has few close friends and tells them little about her life.

Grair Ironhand[/font]</center>
Age: 110
Appearance: He is a relatively normal height for dwarves at 4'3''. Grair has a straight red-beard and he is very meticulous about its upkeep. It is nearly always perfectly braided unless he has been in battle.
Weapons: Grair is quite talented with projectile weapons and uses a bow as well as a pair of twin throwing axes when he fights.
History: Grair was born in Ered Luin and lived their until Erebor was retaken by Thorin and his company. He has one brother named Bavor after his father. His mother was given the name Nin for the color of her beard, his father took his mother's name after they were married because Nin's family was higher on the social ladder. He inherited his abilities in battle from both of his parents. He met Maethoriel through his mother and they came to be friends over the years. Grair's favorite activities are going to market and haggling with shop owner's as well as flirting with their daughters. This trait has gotten him kicked out of several stores to the amusement of everyone in his family. Although he is not technically taken, he does have a special fondness for a wind-maid named Ilmarinen.
