(Okay, making a rp post here, but if there are any other ideas feel free to add them)

Callisto continued to scan the horizon and woods for any sign of her fellow elementals, but so far she could see none. There is no point in my trying to contact them through telepathy as they should have heard Minna's message. she thought to herself. Perhaps I can try another route...

Darian. she thought-sending her thoughts directly to the mage, remembering that he could communicate with her.

What is it, Callisto? his voice came into her mind almost immediately.

Have you seen any of my kindred? she asked

None as of late, came his reply. Have you tried to contact them?

Minna is sending a message now. But so far, there is no sign of them, she replied unable to hide the worry from her thoughts.

I am sure they are well, Darian replied trying to ease her fears. You can feel it in your element if something is amiss, can you not?

For the most part yes-but not always, came her reply.

If it will comfort you, I can search for your friends upon Thalion.

What of Kiki? she asked, forgetting the mage would not know the dragon by name. Minna's dragon? she quickly added.

Most likely the creatures have retreated. Darian replied as he glanced over at the dragon from where he stood watch. I think she is well enough to take care of herself. I will probably be of more use looking for your friends, but I'll try to remain in the vicinity should trouble arise. I'll send you word if I discover anything.

Thank you, Darian. Callisto replied as she ended the communication.

"Darian is going to try to look for the others as well," Callisto told Minna. "He believes that Kiki will be fine where she is for now."

Darian ascended the skies upon Thalion, careful not to agitate Minna's dragon as the griffin took off. While scanning the land, he spied a black wolf [Aelus] below. How odd, he thought. He knew that wolves prowled about, but this one seemed different somehow. Could this be a wolf or a shifter? he wondered from his position upon Thalion.

Aelus, his breathing in a steady, soft rhythm, jogged through the woods, following the direction from which the call had come. He ran for a while, until he came upon a clearing, where the trees were not as dense. He paused, and looked around. He saw a young woman on the ground, and two large dragons flying around in the sky. Normally, he would be alarmed by such a sight. But, because the girl seemed in no danger, he was safe to assume that he wasn't either. And another thing caught Aelus' attention.

She was an elemental.

With a soft bark, though more of a grunt, he tried to catch the woman's attention. He then, with his black ears pointed and alert, threw his head back to howl at the darkening sky, sending an elemental's reply to the message that had been sent.

Darian kept an eye on the black wolf, wondering if it was a friend the elementals or not and ended up following the creature back to where Callisto, Minna, Rune and Dune where-only realizing then that the wolf must either be a shifter, an elemental or maybe both-of which he was the mage could not yet ascertain.

Callisto turned at Aelus' howl, feeling the reply that he sent. "Minna," she whispered. "I think one has heard your call," she added as Darian and Thalion rejoined the group in time to hear her words. "Sorry I did not see the others," he told her. “But perhaps he knows the whereabouts to your other companions” he said simply indicating Aelus.

(Sorry SG, I was not too sure if you meant our group or not, but I guessed it was us just because we are the only ones not with the rest)

Minna opened an eye as Darian arrived and as Callisto spoke to her.


"Which one is it? Which elemental heard it?"

She looked at Darian,"Thanks for taking a look at Kiki for me."

"I believe that it is Aelus." Callisto replied to Minna, trying to remember what the elemental looked like and the powers that he had.

Darian smiled at Minna. "You are welcome," he replied. "I believe she is safe where she is for now-yet despite her strength, I would not want to leave in alone in the woods for too long. While the creatures have retreated for now, I do not know if they shall return." he added

Minna smiled, "Okay. And thank you again Darian."

She then glanced at Aelus, "Hey there."

Darian nodded and smiled at Minna, glad to have been of some assistance before turning his attention to the black wolf as well.

Callisto also turned her attention to Aelus. "Greetings," she said with a slight inclination of her head.

Aelus bowed lightly by lowering his front paws and ducking his head.

"Greetings." He said, pulling his muzzle back up to look at them through amber wolf-eyes. "I assume you are of the elementals." He said. "I know no one else who could send such a message, anyway."

Just became a college freshman; be on sparingly

((Well, if you go back a page or two, you can read through the OOC decision on who the vilian should be. And, as far as I know, Will's and Eruraina's characters are leaving 'camp' under a disguise spell. Elenriel's and Nienna's characters are sending out a kind of mental 'message'. My character (Aelus as a wolf) is going to find out what this message is about. If you like, Fierya can follow Aelus. Or you can talk to Will and Eruraina about her going with them. Or you can do something completely different! Glad to have you back, mellon nin!))

"We two are," Callisto replied as she indicated Minna and herself. She then turned slightly to introduce the mage and his griffin.

"This is Darian, a mage, and Thalion," she said introducing them in turn. "Though we have just met in these short hours, both have aided me greatly and I would be proud to consider them friends," she said as she smiled at the mage.

"The honor would be mine," he said gently before he turned his attention back to Aelus. "Hello," he said in greeting.
