Hello hello hello... Sorry I haven't been online for a bit! Still recovering from my mega awesome trip to Hever Castle, Anne Boleyn's old home - such aching feet, argh!

cool. You Brits are lucky. Not that Canadians don't have good history, but we don't have much in the way os castles/monarchs/big wars. I think WW1, WW2 and 1812 were our only major wars. 'Course, we're on a different continent that was settled relatively late.
I ency you, Goldy

Well, to tell the truth, it was a seriously cool trip, though it was boiling hot. There's a lot to be said for having centuries of history, but if you look at it another way, there's a lot more to learn for British kids to have to revise lol!
It's the prettiest little castle surrounded by a tiny moat with big scary fish in it that chase ducklings round the water - everyone was watching and crowding round to see if the fish would actually try to eat baby ducks! But actually it was probably because they knew cute little ducklings would get fed by the visitors.
The most amazing part was the portraits - I liked Mary and Anne Boleyn's portraits best. So beautiful and life-like. Then there was Anne's Book of Hours, which is like a book of prayers which were so sad, and she had written in the book something like this "remember me when you do pray, hope lead from day to day". I don't think I got the last bit right but it was very moving. She took the book to her execution.
Anyway! Super fun day, though I was exhausted afterwards.

I'll adopt you, Nienna! (Can I do that since I have not yet followed through on the wedding?)

Haha Munchkin, do you really want to have to worry about what new mischief your young 'uns are up to? Surely not. XP

Welcome to the family Nienna!
And Thion's a dad! OMG! Congrats. XD
*EDIT - Munchkin, if you want, you can adopt my RL sissy, Siladhiel. She's looking to be adopted and it would be...weird if I adopted her. Plus, she might want to marry Sasuke (Itachi's bro) and that would be weird...cuz he'd be her uncle. HA HA HA!
Uh...so yeah. XD

*hugs* Now, I wnder how the rest of the family will take this. Let's see... there's cousin EC, careful, she can be slightly random, but's she's my favourite neice, grandma PD, the sanest of us all(IMO) Cousin Goldy, who has married *cough*BLONDE*cough* Boromir, cousin Melda, who crashes planes and would throw me off a dock if I turned my back, Cousin Ara(don't worry, she's fine), and cousin Enno, who gives everyone different nicknames than what they already have here. *deep breath* If you want a low-down on me, ask you cousins EvilCupcake, Goldy, or Melda.
Any questions, Sell nin?
