Name- Nova Stihl
Age- 173 (Due to him controlling time, he can live forever, baring accidents of a voluntary death. He can regenerate into different forms when he gets to an old age (choosing not the regenerate would be the voluntary death).)
Appearance- In a pic. He usually wears close-fitting (but not ultra-tight) black clothing.
Personality- prefer not to put this, but if you want me to I can
Element- Time (He can stop, speed up, or reverse time in localized fields, though he must concentrate. He can also travel through time, but that requires him to perform 12 hours of intense concentration that cannot be broken. It is also dangerous as changing anything in the past could alter the present, even if it is the tiniest thing (though he has sometimes speculated that whatever he ever will do in the past has all ready happened and therefore nothing will change because the past that he changes is all ready changed in the present he came from. It also creates some problems as it is possible for him to meet someone in his present that has met him sometime in the future of his own timeline and he hasn’t met them yet. And other things like that are why he doesn’t like to travel through time. As he gets older, his control of time will increase until he can do all of the things mentioned above almost without needing to concentrate and will be able to stop, speed up, or reverse time in larger and larger areas.)
Weapons- A single katana that is sheathed at an angle along the small of his back. That allows him to draw it in his signature fighting style, with the blade flat against his forearm. He is also the practicioner and instructor of teräs käsi, which is a martial art designed for close melee combat.
Companions- None
History- TBA
Pic (optional)-
(Only the head obviously)

((I am so, so sorry, The~Docter! I thought we had your bio already! Oops!))
Draykan smirked at Adam and said, "Oh, is this a challenge that I hear, my dear Adam?" He laughed softly, shaking his head and letting his hair fall into his eyes again before flipping it out again. He watched the chair of grass and chair of stone appear and he added, "Should I make myself a Throne of Flames!? That would make your mesly (sp?) chairs look weaker than they already do!" He grinned and winked and then took a deep breath.
"Alrighty, now that we are all up, I am pretty sure that you all know why we are gathered here, and not doing our daily exercises to try and grow in our elements."
"Finally, we are about to embark on our first journey together. I know we have only lived - and known each other - for a little over a year, and are all still learning our elements. Though I see that some of us have gotten very good. At least at the little stuff." He winked at a few people in the group before contiuning,
"Okay. First off, I didn't make up this mission. You all know that we were brought here together by our gracious King and fellow Mage, King Elam. It is always part of the job that when someone new takes the throne and new Element Mages are born within the same year, like we were, that at the right age, those mages are taken from there homes and brought out to live in solitude - or in this case, with the other mages - so they can better learn there magic. And, when the King finds the time is right, he will call the Mages back and enlist them in his Royal Army as his personal gaurds, and teachers to other mages and warriors." He paused, knowing that everyone already knew this. But, he felt that he might as well remind them anyway.
"I have been writing with the King for the past few weeks, letting him know of our progress and of our eagerness to get started...with anything. My falcon here has been of much assistance." He paused to stroke the falcon's feathers for a moment, then he contiuned. "And I recieved a final letter last night - both exciting and grave all at once. And confusing. And different. Elam gave us our mission, and said it could be perilious...for us, but more so, should we fail, then it will mean the fate of the Kingdom." Draykan paused again to let his words sink in. He normally wasn't so grave. But, he felt, now that this was happening, and he was now in service of the King, he would have to be.
"Alright. Our mission is this - down past the Everglade and through the Forest of Alleebe, lies a cave. A cave of wonders...and death. It is the Cave of Chasak, or the Cave of Darkness. Our mission is to enter this cave, and find within it the Seven Stones of Element. But these aren't ordinary stones, my brothers and sisters. For you see, these aren't ordinary stones. What these stones really are, are eggs. And within the eggs lies each and everyone of ours futures."
"Inside each of these stones....is a dragon." Draykan paused, taking in a deep breath. He decided to let some of his friends speak now, because he knew this was a lot to take in at the moment, and he didn't go into detail how this went hand in hand with King Elam and his - theirs, kingdom's fate.
Yet.

Nova Stihl blinked his eyes open to sunlight streaming through the window into his room. So he promptly threw his pillow at it and buried his face into the mattress. As usual, that did nothing for helping him sleep as now he couldn't breathe and breathing is usually very useful if you wish to continue living. So Stihl tossed the pillow back onto the bed and dressed; black leather trousers and a black, sleeveless leather jerkin.
He came to the meeting place only slightly late, which seemed to happen to him a lot, adding a bit of irony to his life as if he could control time you think he could be on time, but you'd be wrong. "Sweet. When do we leave?"

Kelena grinned widely at Nova who was a bit late and at what Draykan had just told them, the journey was going to be beyond anything they could imagine. She opened her mouth to say something but the only thing that could come out was, "Wow!" For once, she was practically speechless. She just couldn't believe it, each of them would have their own dragon? Kelena felt a rush of sudden excitement course through her body. It was just simply...wow.

Tyren smiled at the others playing their tricks, and settled himself on the ground. Draykan's words, though, soon took the smile off of his face.
"The Cave of Darkness? I've heard of that. And they weren't good things." He paused, silent, as he contemplated the rest. "Dragons?" A small bit of excitement filled his voice. That couldn't be all bad. "That's great, but...well, what do these dragons have to do with the fate of the kingdom?"

Keeara had a thoughtful look on her face. This was beyond what, she knew, any of them imagined. Go to the Cave of Darkness, enter, and be lost to the world. Search for dragon eggs, and secure the fate of the kingdom. She shook her head in awe. She fully agreed with Kelena. There was nothing that could express her thoughts and feelings. Excitement, fear, and responsibility tied up with a little awe mixed in.

"A challenge, I would think so!" Adam grinned, but he knew that this was all in good fun. Adam wasn't arrogant, he just liked using his powers whenever he could, and making a chair, though it wasn't majestic, was just something that he enjoyed. "Though I admit I would love to see a throne of flames..."
He said before hushing up and letting Draykan speak. Adam leaned forward on his chair, as if hanging on every word that was coming out of the others mouth. It sounded incredible, though he knew that they hadn't received the full story... it was enough for him...at the moment at least.
"An adventure, full of peril, and the chance of glory.. Sounds exciting!"

Draykan sighed. He loved this group of friends and trusted each of them with his life, but, as he feared, not all of them grasped the importance and seriousness of this mission. Sure, he wanted them to have feelings of joy and excitiment, but not at this time. Maybe with the next bit of information, they would more fully understand the graveness of this. Draykan glanced at Tyren when he asked about the Kingdom. Well, at least I have one... He thought.
"Yes, it is exciting." He said. "And a lot to take in at one time. Nova, I will get to that in a sec. Yeah, it is exciting, Adam, but have you ever raised a dragon?" Draykan wasn't picking on Adam, but he thought it was a good way to help the group realize that raising a dragon wasn't easy....and the evil twists that he was about to uncover. Draykan glanced at Jama, and shook his head. "I don't plan on using anyone, Jama." He said before looking back at Tyren.
"Yes, Tyren. You brought up the biggest point of all." He smiled at him and then sighed.
"As I said, each dragon will have its own element, one that matches each of us. Once we pick it up, and find the one that matches ours, the dragon will hatch and forever stay loyal to us - from life until death and beyond. They will hatch almost instantly and in there shells with them will be a small colored orb. For instant, the flame dragons orb will be red, the waters blue, earths green, etc. Now, this might be a little complicated, so bare with me." Draykan paused, looking down at the ground, before contiuning.
"Okay. King Elam told me some terrible news - you all know how rare Element mages are, and one of the...rules, I guess we can call it, that come along with us being what we are. Once a Element mage is born, no other mage can live with that same element. So, while I am alive, no other mage will have the pocession of fire. But, when I die, that same night, the Goddess of Nature will bless one of the women who begin to carry a child on that night, and that child will become what we have. And then the cycle will beginning again. That is common knowledge." He paused, taking a breathe.
"What was not common knowledge is this - in case this rule somehow was ever broken, the past Kings of Old made and hid something in the mountains that would, if found and the code broken, kill the Element mages that weren't meant to be. Across the entire land is the Mountains of Eagle. Hidden deep in the caverns of those mountains is what as known as the Crystal of Fate - the thing the Kings of Old created. The Crystal is shaped as a old tree, and within it has seven empty, circular holes at the top of each branch. That is where the orbs come to play. Each orb - or element, has its one "branch" in the "tree" or Crystal. If ever there was more than one mage of Element, then the mage that was meant to be was to go to the Cave of Chasak, find his dragon, hatch it, get the orb, go to the caverns, and place the orb in its spot in the Crystal. Once that was done, the excat moment that the orb was placed in the Crystal, the other mage would die - from its Element. Hence, if I was the "wrong mage" and the other completed all this, then the moment the orb and the Crystal connected, I would burst into flames. Simple as that." Draykan took another breath, knowing this was a lot to take in. Then, he contiuned,
"After that was done, the Cyrstal would then restore itself and destroy the orb, in case that was to ever happen again. But, it was only a precaution. The Kings of Old made a pact with the Goddess and Gods that we worship, and agreed upon such a rule, and precaution. Well, we all know that rules were meant to be broken, right?" Draykan sighed heavily. This was going to be the toughest part.
"The Goddess of Nature has a twin brother, you all know that - The God of Trickery and Chaos. While, 21 years ago, they got into a huge fight, her brother and her. And, that night, when the 7 women were chosen for there babies to have one of the elements, the God of Trickery and Chaos was so furious that across the land, he himself chose 7 other women and there children to bare the same thing. And when they were born, he raised them in secret and helped them grow strong in there elements - just as we were doing here. They were kept in hiding...and waiting. Until now." Draykan sighed.
"King Elam's kingdom have been overthrown with darkness for almost three months now. Half of the land is covered his darkness, and no more life comes out from the springs, the grass, the earth, or the trees. Our santcuary is the last place that hasn't been touched by the darkness. To say it clearly, yes, the rule has been broken. There are 7 other mages, a deplicate of each one of us - or, at least our elements. And right now, because they have been discovered, the Goddness of Nature has been put into an icey slumber, and forgotten about our world. And now, the God of Trickery and Chaos, is covering the world with darkness...and will continue doing so until the other mages are dead, and the Goddess can awaken again. The other mages are already on there way to get the orbs and the dragons. Elam needs us to go and beat them there, and get to the Crystal before they do. But he also knows something they don't and it is the gravest news of all." Draykan eyes looked down at his hands, not wanting to share this with any of them - but knowing that they must.
"Never before was it considered that there would be two sets of Element mages living at once. If that ever happened, and all the orbs were set it place...the Crystal then choses which mages dies and which live. So, Elam told me, he doesn't fear that we will fail to beat them to it...he fears that we will be chosen to die instead of the others...but, in order to save the land, and the Kingdom, it is a risk we all must take."
Draykan said, finally finishing...or almost. But the last thing in Elam's letter he was keeping to himself - the others needed not to know about it yet. He would reveal to them that part when the last moment before the Crystal lied before them. He dreaded the moment, but it had to be done. He finally looked up, awaiting there thoughts now.

Kelena let the true meaning of Draykan's words sink in, all excitement vanishing and her brows knitted in deep thought. To have the rules broken, for there to be two of each elemental mage...this would cause serious problems and danger to the group itself, and to the rest of the kingdom. But they had to as the King had said. It was what they were supposed to do, if they wanted to live and to prevent the darkness from spreading.
But could she do it? Was she strong enough. There's no hope unless you try. Kelena turned to Draykan, with sincerity in her expression and voice.
"I will follow you Draykan and I will follow King Elam. We cannot sit idly by and let this happen. We must do what we can to awaken the Goddess of Nature...even if it means risking our own lives. It's the right thing to do anyway." Her hands tightened but she did not waver. Kelena's mind was decided. These other mages, had to be taken care of...and their leader too.

Keeara bowed her head, "I will go also. Everything we have is worth fighting for." she said. And she meant it. Everything they had; this santuary, their haven of peace, and eachother, and their abilities. It was all worth fighting for.

Tyren looked around at the others, watching their faces sober as well. Two element mages was unheard of. And now - a race for their lives. His usually joking demeanor was completely gone as he mused over the new information. Jaw clenched he nodded agreement.
"It must be done. For the future of our world, our kingdom...ourselves. The Goddess's blessings on us have been made for a purpose, and it is time we fufilled that. And...I believe we don't have any time to lose."

Draykan nodded. "You are all brave. Thank you. Together, I think we can do this. We leave tomorrow, at Daybreak, and make our way towards the Cave. Today we pack, gather food and make sure we have our weapons, and rest. Then, we will begin the journey that will change our lives." He finished, rubbing his fingers through his hair.

Adam sat there with his jaw dropped, not believing what he was hearing. Of course he had never raised a dragon, but that didn't mean he didn't think it wasn't going to be hard. He knew it would be, but being of the earthly element, he felt that he could related to animals and the like more than the others since nature was his forte...
Leaning back in his chair he gasped at the appropriate times within the story. There were TWO elemental mages. Impossible... he wondered who his pair was and what it would be like to met him... or her face to face.
His curiosity was bubbling and his excitement only increased after Draykan finished his story. "I am ready for whatever faces us..." He put in as a last word.

"So if the Crystal chooses who dies and lives, the person who put the orb into the circular hole could die, if he or she wasn't the one meant to live?" she asked. Her mind was racing with questions, thoughts, and emotions.
