Oh my gosh yes! That was so cute, I was sitting there grinning. Sweet! Something I was looking at mentioned he was the son of one of the costume designers or something.

You might also try mardel's or Family Christian stores for action figures. I saw some last week that were Caspian, Susan, etc... so I'd try there ifyou're desperate.
I was going to buy a necklace that was in teh shape of Su's horn, but I thought, "in a few months, it'll be 10 dollars, so I'll just wait."
does anyone know how mcuh the official movie companion iis? I'd really like to get it eventually.

I am SO looking forward to seeing it. I dont care much for written spoilers, so I have been reading your reviews Plus I never go see a movie before I read reviews. I think that I am very much looking forward to Reep, more than anything else...

And before Prince Caspian? I was really not impressed. I did like the preview for Ember, though, and Journey to the Centre of the Earth. Maybe I'm just REALLY not a chihuahua person. Blech.
Eww. Just...eww. I was sitting there for that two and a half minutes, in visual agony because their CGI mouths were SO OFF. Plus, I like talking animals, but only if they’re drawn, like the OLD Disney movies. But Ember is going to pwn.
Anyway...
WOOT! PRINCE CASPIAN PWNAGE!!!
And...I’m something of a book purist, and I’m totally in love with this movie. I’m not even joking. I was sitting there in heaven when Peter (?) said something about “the DLF”, not to mention THE LAST LINE OF THE MOVIE!!!!! And the dancing trees, and the near word-for-word discussion about the White Witch from the book, and I nearly died when Reep's army offered to cut their tails off for him. I swear, that movie gave me a visual orgasm or something. XD
Though I couldn't help booing when Susan kissed Caspian at the end there. The group of friends I went with were mostly fans of the books, so there was this big collective BOO from our row and silence from the rest of the theater.
Also, did anyone else have a TTT deja-vu moment when all those trees got up and started walking? I turned to my friend Devon (who was sitting right next to me) and said "The Ents are going to war!", which made him laugh.

We went Friday, and I thought the movie was GREAT! Several of my cousins and friends thought that it wasn't very good. They objected to the changing of plotlines, etc. I am proud to say that the Susan Caspian kiss produced groans throughout the theater. Everyone concerned thought it was just plain stupid. But the TREES! Considering I was dressed as a tree at the time I was extremely happy. I wonder if someday, the trees will really get a chance to do something like that.
A few pictures of our group:
Did anyone else go in costume?

Nie, those costumes are all GORGEOUS! And yours is especially wonderful. Is this the first time you actually post a picture of your face on A-U?

YES!! also, i had a FotR flashback with the water...thingy...(it probably has a name) at the end. i was like "waaaaiiiit...."
and yes, the caspian/susan kiss was unnecessary. the adults around me were all "awww" and i was all "NO! NONONONONO!!"
i also had a mild harrumph moment when peter and caspian had their little sparring, "i'm better than you!!" moment.
otherwise, i loved it.

I thought the kiss was done very well, and the Susan/Caspian thing could have been a LOT worse. I didn't mind it at all. I also thought the tension between Peter and Caspian was a really nice addition, it gave their characters much more depth.

I CAN'T wait to see it.... unfortunately I will probably have to wait until it comes out on DVD we rarely get to see movies in tehaters.
It's a good thing thought hat the whole susan and caspian thing didnt' get out of hand... that could have realyl ruined it. I am still not liking it though.... *pouts* I just wish they could make a good movie without having to add romance in it... *shrugs* but that's probably just me...

Oh, it's definetly not just you, Jax. I really, really wish that film makers would figure out that it isn't romance that makes the movie. But, the Caspian/Susan wasn't over-done. It was alright.
