Well I do say we are going through quite the LotR/Legolas obsession right now and I absolutely love it. I love the feeling of having an obsession and I don't know if that is quite healthy or not, but I don't care.

 LEGOLAS!!!! LL forever<3

Sheblob... oh now that is quality right there. My family always makes fun of my love of Legolas by calling him Legless the Fairy... oh that riles me up greatly and I yell at them and then stomp away to my room... it's quite an amusing sight.

I tell you know you don't mess with Legolas!

I know.... they keep making jokes about Smeblob and calling Shelob's webs snot... and they called Sam "Sam-I-am" from Dr. Suess's Green Eggs and Ham... it's kinda funny though. :P

Aye, only if you want an arrow through your head.. Legolas is too amazing to be joked about! And LL... can't make fun of that either. :karate:

Whee! 7800th post! :D

That's right, we'll open a can of ninjas and angry elves on your butts if you make fun of either of them. I can see it now, the band of Legolas Fan Club members attacking who ever made fun of him... oh what a kodak moment that would be...

yay 7800!! I've got 5425... boo

Lol, I would be happy to kick whoever says bad things about Legolas... Honestly I don't know how anyone could not like him.

"A sword day! A Red day! Ere the sun rises!" - Theoden :D I love this part.

Aww, you'll get to 9000 some day...

Me too, this part is just amazing... I really wish I had a huge screen television just so i could see it so epically set out in front of me...

Plus I get to see Legolas sliding off an Oliphaunt nose right in front of me... YAY!!

I know a lot of people that don't like him... -glares at them-

go Pippin Go!

Aye, or one of those High Definition televisions.. with surround sound! That would be simply awesome! :tv: I think I would die. :swoon:

Yes, that part is always amazing! I was so excited when I saw that part in the theatres... gosh, I can still remember when we went to see that... it was amazing.. I couldn't stop crying afterwards! :teehee:

Really? Let me at 'em! I'll show them a lesson for hating Legolas. :karate:

Huzzah for teh Pippin! I love him muchly - he's the most courageous hobbit I think - even more than Frodo. ;-)

Pippin is a pretty kick-butt hobbit, my favorite of the four I think. Although I love them all muchly for different reasons <333>< I like discussing with people...

Oh my goodness I was bawling after RotK. I don't think I stopped all day and I saw it during a school day too so it was quite embarrassing the next day I was still sniffling because the movie was over and it was so sad...

Ahh, well I'm almost finished watching RotK... it's just before the Grey Havens scene and they put a stupid commercial. :frust:

I know! I was crying from the part where Sauron begins to fall apart all the way out of the theatre and to Burger King! [That's where mom took my friend and I for lunch. :P] And my friend started laughing at me... but I thought it was so sad because there weren't going to be any more movies and also because I was glad that they finally destroyed the ring.

Oh me too, I was sad that the movies were over and we would know nothing more about Middle-Earth and the fellowship had ended... that made me so sad... just everything about the word end paired with Lord of the Rings made me cry....

I was extremely upset though that they cut the final scenes of Legolas, the ones where he returns to Fangorn forest and Moria with Gimli... those would have been so great to see...

I am crying now watching the Gray Haven scene... gah... stupid movies having to end ><

I know... I couln't believe it when I was sitting there in the theatre... to actually watch "The End" pop up through my blurry eyes was too much to bear and I lost it all again. But there go the credits rolling up the screen now... :( It was great watching RotK with you tonight though. We should do it again sometime.

Aww... you have to watch this :: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xwDbAH16AVM

Well... I'm kinda sad now, but yet, I'm so amazed by LotR that it's hard to let it go... and I'm feeling kinda happy and in the mood for some more LL ;-)

I felt the same way, and I agree, we should do this again and talk through it as we watch it. Commenting on squee worthy Legolas parts or stupid Gothmog/Sloth parts... don't forget to check out the Goonies now!!

Oh I watched that and it made me incredibly sad/happy. It was happy because it was Legolas bts, but sad because it was his last shot of the movie and he goes and breaks the bow which really signalfies the ending of his reign on LotR.... ahhh don't start crying again Panda

I am really sad, but happy that I am in such a LotR mood. This is one thing that I will never grow tired of. While others come and go from the fandom I stay true and always have... Pirates and HP coming in close second... though I know you don't like HP but you get the picture

I really need some LL... that will make me happy happy that this is not the end... that is why I like stories like that... it makes me know that the lives of our characters didn't end with the movies... they still go one even if we don't know it
