It really did suck. My brother being the genius he is (lol) said I should put my glasses on OVER the 3-D glasses... didn't work too well I can tell you. :P

I'm just glad the cinema was dark, I would have looked very strange.

Whoa, what happened to the page???

Män som hatar kvinnor [The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo]. I never read the books because I'm not interested in crime stories... The movie got really goo reviews... but it was quite... disturbing. There were some really dark and brutal scenes... and... they made me physically sick...

Cinderella Man - :notworthy: Very, very good film. I'm a sucker for anything set in New York where people have Brooklyn accents but set in 1930's America? *dies*

And I have to admit, Russell Crowe was very good in this, although Paul Giamatti stole the stole...... and I think I am now a fangirl. :D :teehee: The man was awesome. And the fight scenes were fantastic... although really brutal. The way they filmed it really made me feel as if I was there. It's amazing that people will get paid for beating up people and that people will pay people to beat up people and people will pay to watch people beat up people. Crazy.

Cars - Such an underrated Pixar film. It has some great characters (Mater is one of the best Pixar ever created) and the originality of the story and the way they designed the cars to look so human is fantastic. And the scenery is just glorious, like a photograph. I <333 Cars.

The Day the Earth Stood Still (2008) - This movie was, to put it simply, quite weird. I loved certain parts of it, some parts were quite lame, and the ending was truly ridiculous. I don't even know how I feel about it. The ending pretty much ruined it for me because it just sort of...stopped. As soon as everything was resolved, there wasn't anything to tell you what happened years later, there was no background on who the aliens were or where they were from....it just abruptly and completely ended. So I'm pretty ticked off about it. And I was secretly wishing for some sort of romance between the two characters, the woman and the alien. But that was just me, I suppose. :-P

Saw Inkheart last night at the movies! I haven't read the books so I have no clue how true they were to the original material but as a movie in its own right, I thought it was fantastic.

And Oh My GODS did Paul Bettany look shmexxy or what?! He was like a blond version of Aragorn :swoon: He should definitely do the long hair and rugged look more!
