District 9
Which was excellent.
Inglorious Basterds
Which was rather disappointing. For many reasons. But Hitler in a cape was pretty freaking hilarious.
(500) Days of Summer
Three times. So far. Pretty much the best movie I've seen so far this year. I highly recommend it. :)

Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.....for the 3rd time. :P
my excuse being that it was IMAX 3D...which ended up being total CRAP, because only the beginning 10 min were in 3D and then the rest was normal. laaaaaaaame.

Battle in Seattle. More out of curiosity than anything, being that I was in Seattle in 1999 when all that WTO / riot crap went on. They took stories from a few different news reporters and tied it into one character, and someone did lose their unborn baby, but not to a police nightstick. She got knocked down and stepped on by a panicking mob. The film was way skewed in favour of the protesters. Sure, the mayor was an idiot, and the police chief was ineffective, but it wasn't so much as depicted. Most of the trashing happened after the first day when hoodlums saw on TV what the 'anarchists' were getting away with in smashing windows and such. None of that was even hinted at in this movie.

^Come to Alberta, that's all we do [well, we do more than that, but there is a lot of cowboy stuff. And they filmed Brokeback Mountain around Calgary, so you'd be in the move kind of].

Wall E

Didn't like as much as the first time I watched it, might have been my bad mood.

Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade

The ending is so sad, with the knight... And that Indy named himself after the dog... *snigger*

Yeah! It's about a two hour drive [with good traffic :teehee:] from where I live. And the mountains aren't that far away.

Religilous

Quite good, he's not quite as vehement as Richard Dawkins, but there's more comedy involved.

17 Again - honestly I actually enjoyed it. lol Zac really wasn't too bad in it... and it was pretty amusing at some parts. Not bad. Admittedly, a lot of the time I really couldn't take Efron seriously... he's still too stereotyped as Troy in HSM to me. *shrugs* Besides that, it was a good, sweet little movie with, I think, a good message. And I loved all the LotR mentions in it. lol

SiCKO

Made me cry, it's honestly heartbreaking to see that people that volunteered to help during 9/11 but weren't on the government's "payroll" weren't getting health care. And everyone rejected by the insurance companies, it's horrible. I know that universal health care has it's issues, but really, everyone gets the help they needs.

It's very powerful.

All three Star Wars movies. Jar Jar Binks has to be one of the most annoying characters ever created in any movie ever made. Why the hell would a species as idiotic as the Gungans make it past the single-celled organism stage? I just want to punch George Lucas for making me want to throw myself off a bridge every time Jar Jar comes on the screen. He's not funny, he's not comic relief, he's just stupid. And annoying.
-_-;;

Treasure Planet
I love this movie...

Flashdance - YAY! I really love the scene with the splashing water! And of course the final dance scene - kinda gives me the chills, actually...

But still... we never know if she gets accepted to the ballet academy and I don't like the fact that she'd probably never got an audition if it wasn't for that sleazy guy... alright, quite handome but immoral dude!
