Ocean's Eleven
I'm a big fan of Brad Pitt and George Clooney's conversations.

Emma (1996) - I disliked the book very much and I most say the movie wasn't my cup of tea either.. a bit too long and Emma is so very annoying and seriously, what did they do to poor Ewan McGregor's hair???
Oh and please scold me if I deserve it.
Well, I mean the movies as a movie was very good, beautiful pictures and they really nailed the characters. And all the characters are imperfect... which is the point of the story I recognise that... they are all very stereotyped. I did love Miss Bates though!!

hehe, it's not about meatballs... that's just a clever title. no, it's about a scientist who transforms water into food. It's very cute.

^Ohh....
Brideshead Revisited - I read the book without liking it very much... it's very dark with quite a lot of guilt... I know I haven't been overly positive about the latest movies I've seen... I apologise...

Ewan McGregor's hair ftw. If only they could have someone other than Gwenyth Paltrow, it would've been good. Jeremy Northam and Miss Bates FTW.
"American Psycho"
YES PLEASE.
Christian is so EPIC.

Funny? Maybe? Not really. Actually. I would have rather wasted 82 minutes of my time doing something else.

Spirited Away.
I just absolutely positively fell in love with the artwork. It looks like it would fit in a Dali but it isn't too jarring. The animation was beautiful! I just loved the arachnid boiler operator. Storywise, it was good and I really loved the characters, especially Chihiro. But it was a very very beautiful movie. Not pretty like Avatar. But it's a whole new realm of classification.

Sweeney Todd
Haven't seen this one in ages... Helena and Johnny are so amazing together in movies. Not to mention Helena's singing is to die for <3

Let the Right One In.
It was very very good. No more damn sparkling vampires, yay! Eli continued to grow more interesting through the story as well as Oskar. Plotwise, typical girl-boy love story....or is it? That move was rather sudden but it was good.

^^ Don't even get me started on the saga with sparkling vamps. -_- *hate twitch*
The Odyssey
That movie cracks me up. I love reading the Odyesey but the movie was just funny. A few lines were really out of character and time.
"Still not Ithaca.." *smack* That part always makes me laugh though.

Interesting... I still don't know what to make of it.... I'm not too fond of (Swedish) social realism like this one but the theme is relevant.. being different and the boy-girl story is cute.
The Curious Case of Benjamin Button
Very looooong movie, over 2½ hours... and very slow... Why, if F. Scott Fitzgerald wrote a short story didn't they take the hint and make a great SHORT movie!!
