La reine et le cardinal
It's about Anne of Austria (mother of Louis XIV) and Cardinal Mazarin. Loved the dresses!

Now kids, I'll let you in a little secret....Megara was the first fictional crush I had. Yes, at the age of eight. I don't know why though...the other Disney girls just seemed...bland. And I was still at the age when I thought women carried the playground kid version of venereal diseases.

^ It was excellent. If you love Tim Burton, you'll love it.

Alice in Wonderland ~Awesome, it was. Missed the first 5 min. And didnt get that it was kind of a sequel to the cartoon until halfway through.

Love In the Time of Cholera - That was toooooo long and... well... I only watched the movie because of Javier Bardem, but it annoyed me so much that all the dialogue was in English even though only one or two of the actors were native English-speakers.

The New Tenants which was Best Short Film (Live Action) - a strange but interesting movie.

The first half of Die Hard
Why the first half, you ask? Well, it's an American action movie. And like all American action movies, there comes a point where inevitably what happens is the American hero wins and unless I like the American hero (and in most cases, I don't), it becomes boring so I stop watching. Especially when on the opposing end is the sophisticated British villain who is more charismatic than the American hero that you naturally root for the villain.
