^I first read SoD when I was, like 12 I think, and I've reread it every summer since. Its such a simple, easy read but something about it just makes me fall into the story every year... Maybe it just reminds me of my childhood/early teens and those lovely summers I spent reading it. The first time I read it, I actually read all 223 pages in about 13 hours (with breaks every once and a while.) I started reading it at about 7 in the evening and had finished it by 8 the next morning. :D sorry, i'm done now!
