Finished "Shake Hands with the Devil" by LtGen Romeo Dallaire. Brutal stuff, and it's opened my eyes quite a bit.

Finished "Persuasion" yesterday - loved it. OF course. :) I'm such a sucker. :P

Started "Becoming Jane Austen" by Jon Spence. It's been a while since I've read a biography - good so far!

Last two books I couldnt finnish due to library... Those would be:
Screwtape Letters - CS Lewis
Dragonlance: Dragon of the Autum Twilight.

But today I started reading House by Frank Peretti and Ted Decker. This is one creepy and intense book.

Haven't read those yet. Really liked the Welsh trilogy.

Finished "Becoming Jane", and I looooved it. It was completely heartbreaking at the end. I mean, you KNOW she's going to die, but you just don't want her to! It was really interesting though. And I thought it was funny how they were able to make a movie out of it - I mean, I've only seen parts of the movie, but from what I can tell, they only use basically what is a chapter of the book of this "love story" between Tom LeFroy and Jane. I mean Tom is mentioned ever after that chapter, but nothing in detail. :P GREAT book though!

Now I'm on to, "Guns, Germs, And Steel: The Fates of Human Societies" by Jared Diamond.

Yeaaaah, not an ideal choice for "summer reading," but I've registered to take the Foreign Service Exam, and they give you this list of "suggested reading" to prepare, and this was one of them. :P Should be interesting though.

Kushiel's Dart

Interesting, not really something I recommend for the more conservative-minded reader though... It's intricate, and the names are sometimes annoying, but it's quite good.
