Yay, the Skitty has joined the fandom! You will totally ship Arthur/Merlin, as they are completely adorable together. Heck, I'm not a slasher and I see it all the time.

@Silvery: Nuuuuuu, I'm not going to tell you what happens! You have to experience it in the moment. Suffice to say it is both fantastic and crushing (for any M/M fan). Yeah, I'm pretty much just a shipper of Arthur/Gwen and Merlin/Morgana, because I love Arthur and Gwen together (though I do love Lancelot. Santiago... <3) and M/M just should HAPPEN. I do not understand the Morgana/Uther people. Absolutely crazy in my opinion. CUTENESS OVERLOAD! Colin is adorable. In every single way. I love him way too much. Kay, so. This weekend I went up to my friend's house and we went to the Renaissance Faire near her. My first RenFaire and it was FANTASTIC. Robin Hood and Will Scarlet (love) and jousting and all that fun stuff. But the main thing I wanted to tell you guys was that there was a costume contest going on this weekend, so there were tons of people in costume. AND WE SAW THE TENTH DOCTOR TALKING TO DARTH VADER. IT WAS THE AWESOME. The guy was actually really pretty good, dressed up as Ten. Had the coat, the shoes, the everything. Sadly, he also had the Rose. But we chose to forget about that. And the guy dressed as Vader was pretty epic. It was a fantastic costume. Anyway. Geeks galore.

I think I officially started shipping Arthur/Merlin as soon as Uther said "You shall be his manservant." Or whatever he said. I was all, yep, I ship it. I ship it haaaaaaaaaard.


You know what I'm surprised about? I actually like Gwen. Typically I think female characters suck -- because a lot of times they do *cough*Rose*cough* -- but Gwen's just nice. And I don't mind Morgana either.

"Sadly he also had the Rose." First of all, that sounds like the most incredible sight ever (I always like seeing people are Renaissance Faires who are talking on cell phones and pushing baby strollers, but 10 and Darth Vader just completely blows that out of the water xD).


EDIT: I was going to mention that the ironic thing about my bingewatching of Merlin is that I'm supposed to be studying actual European history right now, knights and peasants and stuff, but... um... yeah. At least I'm now excited to be reading about it, when I get around to it.

I'm a huge Bradley/Colin fan. I'm not a slasher, but I can't help but want them to be together. They remind me of me and my best friend. They're just so ridiculous!

I love Gwen. I thought I'd adore Morgana, but I'm not really connecting with her character. Imma shipping Merlin/Gwen, although though her random Lancelot thing confused me. She completely denied liking him, and then was all like, "Don't go!" and was all lovey dovey. Weird.

I asked Kit for a Merlin club, but she hasn't gotten around to managing all that stuffs yet. There are a Merlin discussion thread somewheres in the depths of the TV section and a Bradley James squeefest thread in the Actors area though.

Silvery, you do not get over Bradley James. I am sorry to break the news to you, but I've been going here for approximately a year. Yay, fangirling!

Yes! Yes! Bradley and Colin are just fantastic together. I love watching all their behind the scenes stuff because they're amazing.

And yeah, Gwen and Morgana are both great. I love them, each in their own way. Because, you know, different characters and personalities and such. Gwen is sometimes a little too nice, but Morgana is nice and sarcastic and witty.

Ooh! Ooh! Skitty, aren't you right near "The Labyrinth of Gedref"? That one has such a squeeage scene. I love that episode. And the next one. And the last one. Heck, season one is just full of great episodes. Season two has awesome ones too, but the middle section isn't as epic as the beginning and end sections.


Ooh, Irish teachers? That has to be awesome, at any rate. (*coughColinisIrishcough*)

I've decided that I'll ship any of the 4 main character with each other because I love them so much. Well, slash not included. Morgana was beastly in episode 8, indeed! I totally gave Mordred the name "little nom" and Arthur the name "big nom" because I'm good like that.

I'm rooting for episode 10 and Bradley noms. Skitty gave me the heads up. haha What number episode is the the one you mentioned, Nurr?

Haha, a lot of people in the fandom talk about OT4. Merlin, Arthur, Gwen, and Morgana. It's true. Although Kit has expanded it to OT6 to include Sir Leon (squee!) and Morgose (who you will meet). But yeah. In general I don't do a whole lot of shipping, but this show is MADE for shipping. It's so true.

Ah, Mordred. Awww. Bradley doesn't like it when we say awww.

Merlin is just so, so shippery! So far I've shipped (in my own way) everyone in the OT4 except Morgana/Gwen. Because I don't see that at all. Sir Leon I don't know yet. But hopefully I'll get to him soon.

Anyway. I has a new sig. Will Scarlet FTW. He's pretty much always been my favorite of the Robin Hood legends. I love Robin to bits, but Will is at least equal with that. Because he's just awesome. He's the best swordsman, is often one of the higher-ups in the band, and let me tell you - it takes a real man to flounce around in bright red.

Episode 11 was just GAHHHHHHH! Arfur/Merleen (as I've dubbed them) were so, so cute. In a sort-of-slashy-but-not-really-but-still-really-REALLY-adorable-and-friendlike way. Bradley's my boy.

Awwww, cute Hugh Jackman in fluffeh sweater! I love him as Wolvie and non-Wolvie, just because he can pull off anything and still look wonderful.

And Friday Night Lights obsession still going strong. What's amazing is that I know Tim/Lyla, the totally forbidden couple (since they already had an affair and messed everything up, but I still love them anyways), end up together in the end. JUSTICE HAS ARRIVED FOR ALL THOSE TIMES WHEN MY COUPLES CRASHED AND BURNEDDD!!
