I would love to have seen it in theatres. But in retrospect, knowing how I reacted ... emotionally ... it could have been a disaster. A disaster for my dignity.  It was the first few minutes that I got choked up, with the video of Andy when he was a wee kid. And then, while the garbage dump scene was really powerful, it wasn't until they got back to Andy's and that whole goodbye just broke me down. Oh god, I was a wreck.

You must watch all their films together - she adored him in real life and they just SPARKLE together. Mr. Skeffington, Deception (<<< he is bloody brilliant in that) and Juarez (which I personally have never found a cop of so I haven't seen it).
Claude Rains was one of THE best actors. He could make all his "stars" look like amatuers._________________
