I've decided to scrap this idea... now I'm making one site, for LotR, Inheritance, Merlin and Doctor Who instead of trying to make four different sites.

Edit: I've decided to call the site Du Weldenvarden.
So now I'm looking for stuff to put on my site.

Ok... I wasn't sure where to put this, so I just put it here.
Anyways, I'm making a site about Eragon/the Inheritance cycle, but I'm not sure what to call it.
I've already got a host site to put it on, and a bunch of ideas for the site. I just need a name!!
I can't find many Eragon sites, and the ones I have found, other than Shur'tugal, are called something like: eragonfansite.com or eragonsite!
Oh, there's Du Vrangr Gata too. I was thinking about using that for my site... but it's taken.

Sooo... got any ideas? I don't care how crazy it is! I just need some ideas.

Aw, no ideas? At all??? I know there's a bunch of people who've read(or even watched) Eragon(or read all 3) ...surely someone has an idea??

aw I'm sorry! I didn't see this topic. I lent my Eragon book to a friend, but I have Eldest with me... *runs off and looks*

there are lots of chapter titles you might use - just look at the table of contents. I myself like Elvish. maybe you could use Du Weldenvarden. I only have the Eldest book with me, otherwise I might have more suggestions. good luck with your site!

lol I have tried looking at the chapter titles, in Eragon, that's the only one I have at the moment. Didn't find any that I thought would make a good site name. Oh well.
I was actually thinking of using Du Weldenvarden, but figured it was already used... but it's not, I couldn't find one by that name, anyways.
So I think I'll just use that. How creative I am. Ha!

Yes I know I'm crazy.

I don't have the site up yet, sadly. Mostly cause I'm too lazy to make stuff for it. I'll get around to it soon, though!!

I got a harness(for a horse, to pull a cart) for my birthday, and have been trying to get Feanor(my colt) desensitized to it... so I've kinda set aside working on the site.

Well, since I'm still working on it,(er... sort of... ):P Do ya got any ideas of stuff I should put on my site?
I've got a notebook with ideas(only one page, lol), can't remember them all right now.

I'm going to have pages for each of the characters, was hoping for some pics, like fan art or something, but I can't seem to find any. And sadly, I am not allowed on deviant art cause some certain someone thinks it is virus infested. (anyone else found viruses on it? I think it's just a coincidence that we got a virus...)

Anyways... I was thinking about having a page for the ancient language,(since I'm crazy and think it's cool... surely others do too)
and graphics, like computer backgrounds and stuff, but I can't find any pics to make them out of!!! I'd draw my own, but I stink at drawing. (if you've seen my Saphira drawing, you'd know what I'm talking about... lol) I guess I'll have to use the pics from the covers, and gimp-ify them (is that legal, by the way, to use the covers? I'd assume you would at least have to put credits on, like who drew it or something.)

Oh, and fanfics, quizzes, etc.
I have a bunch more ideas, that's all I can remember at the moment though...

I'm thinking it would be nice if I had names for everything, like a name for graphics, fun stuff, etc, and put those as the links, but when you mouse over it, links to different pages within that category come up.

Good idea! Do you think it matters what I call them?? I mean, would people think it's crazy if the names have nothing to do with the content? Cause I could easily choose names that I think sound cool...
The ancient language is just old norse words with english-type sentence form, right?(just wondering....cause there aren't very many a.l. words!!!)

Well. . .no. I mean, from what I know, Paolini did actually create the language. . . .I think. Don't trust me on that one.

Maybe you could just have the links be specific places in Alagaesia? For Home, it could be Carvahall, and so on? Would that work?

And. . .are you going to make the games and stuff? Because I really want to learn how to do that. . . .
