"Oh, but you're burning up!" Being so close to her, Camomille could tell the woman was not doing well. "it may be risky but if we don't get those cleaned," Camomille pointd at the wounds, "you could get veeeery sick, and then you would be in no shape to travel at all!" The hobbit insisted, back to her normal bubbly self.

"If we build a small flame just there," she pointed at a corner nook in the cave, "and sit in front if it, it should keep the flame from showing too much. That is assuming either of you have something to boil water in?"

''Let her tend to your wounds. I shall go and keep watch, and will alert you if I see anything. If you make the fire over there in the corner it may not cause notice.'' he said, agreeing with the hobbit.
He gave her a weak smile, before looking to the hobbit.
''Take care of her'' he said, handing her a small pan, it wasn't much, but it would do. He left to the exit of the cave, keeping watch.

"N...no..." she said weakly. Why was Crixus not listening. She groaned as her stomach became upset. "I...fine..." her eyes opened then closed again. She couldn't argue anymore.

"You are absolutly not fine!" Camomille chided as the man went to keep watch. "Unless these get tended too." Camomille took a water skin and squirted some water into the pan and put it on the freshly made fire. When the water boild, she put some of the light colored tea leaves in the pan. "There's no straner, so you'll just have to drink around the leaves." she explained as she waited for the pan to cool, then held it up to the woman's lips.

"Its an herbal tea, Chamomile, like my name, Camomille, only it's spelled differantly. The tea is C-h-a-m-o-m-i-l-e, but my name is C-a-m-o-m-i-l-l-e, see?" Camomille cleard her throte and forced herself not to babble on. "anyway, it will relax you and help with the fever. It also helps stomach aches." the hobbit added as the woman doubled over.

She smiled despite her fever "It is a lovely name. A helper's name." she drank the tea, gratefully. "Thank you..." she shivered again "I an Eonwe..." she blinked her eyes as she drank more of the tea. It warmed her belly and soothed her, though her fever was still high. She knew she was a bit delerious "Where...Crixus...?"

"Eonwe..that name sound's familliar somhow. Though i don't know why.." Camomille scrubbed the pan and put fresh water on to boil the bandages. "Crixus...? Oh! You mean your friend? He went outside to keep watch, remember?" the hobbit asked gently. "Just rest ok?" Camomille ripped a square off of the bandage and soaked it in the water and used it to clean the wounds.

"Ouch, sorry, that's got to hurt!" Camomille finished wrapping the bandage around Eonwe's torso, then slipped the shoulders of her dress back on.

"From...Rohan.." she breathed out, and winced and gasped as Camomille bandaged her wounds. She was exhausted. Her eyes drifted closed and she curled up next to the fire. "Thank you, Camomille." she whispered before drifting off.

All the while Crixus was at the entrance of the cave, keeping watch. There wasn't a living thing in sight. Dimly, he could hear the two talking, but couldn't discern their words.
He prayed Eonwe would recover.

She slept on, her body shivering from the fever as a sweat veil on her brow. Her dreams troubled, she called out, moving restlessly in her sleep. She was again a slave in her dreams, Abrax's hold on her strong once again.

Crixus waited longer and still no sign. No doubt they would have tired and left, it was only a single slave they were after anyway.
He returned to the cave and sat next to Eonwe who slept restlessly. Lightly he reached to her and began to stroke her hair, hoping to calm her.
''How is she?'' he asked the hobbit.

She whimpered in her sleep as the whip came down, and she flinched. Then she felt a comforting feeling, a presence. Her sleep calmed, and her dreams faded into random pictures.She whispered, incoherent words in her sleep.

"From...Rohan." Eonwe whisperd.

"Eonwe...Rohan...of COURSE!" Camomille exclamed. "That's why i recognize it. It sounds like 'Eowen' of Rohan, Neice to the late King Theoden, sister to King Eomer!" Camomille said excitedly. Before she could ask anymore questions, she realized her patient had fallen fast asleep.

''How is she?'' the man called Crixus asked.

Camomille shrugged. "she has a fever but resting will help. She'll be fine, and she'll heal soon as long as the wounds wern't to badly infected - what happend to you two?"

He paused, wondering how to reply.
''We escaped from our master and fled here. Her back still carries the memories of her life as a slave. But no longer'' he stopped. He had left out what had happened, just before they had run into the hobbit, Crixus was still guilty.

"You were SLAVES!?" Camomille asked in a horrifid whisper. "That's horribal! I didn't even know slavery existed in Middle Earth." Still, she thought to herself, out of all the people to have run into, they would understand her plight the most. "I mean, after all that was done to free Middle Earth from Dark Lord Sauron's grasp, you think people would have gotten the message that freedom is best." Camomille put in. "I'm Camomille, by the way, Camomille Brandybuck. And you're Crixus." She pointed out, "She told me." Camomille inclinded her head toward the sleeping Eonwe.

He nodded grimly at her words.
''The world can never truly be rid of all evil.''
As she introduced herself, he inclined his head.
''Yes, I am Crixus'' he said. He looked to Eonwe as Camomille nodded towards her.
He hoped her dreams were pleasant.

Camomille got out her drawing book and her ink and quill. Though she had doused the fire, she could still see by it's dieing embers.
"Do you mind me asking?"Camomille said as she sketched the sleeping Eonwe," But is she by any chance related to Eowen of Rohan? I couldn't help notice their names were similar." Camomille knew it was a strange question to put. If Eonwe was royalty, what was she doing as a slave?
