I've read most of the books in the series! I think it's really great. And actually, I have a whole section dedicated to it on my website, which you can find the link for in my sig. :) Have you only read the first book, or any of the others?

I'm reading the fist one now. Do you mind posting a link to your website?

I read the first book a few months ago. When I picked it up, I wasn't expecting much, but it was actually really interesting. I haven't found time to continue the series yet, though.

Here it is: http://www.harthads-haven.com/mossflower-wood.html

The first book is probably my favorite, with Matthias being my favorite character and all. :) A few years back I actually wrote to the author, Brian Jaques, and received a signed photo from him, so that was pretty cool. What do you two like most about the book so far?

Thanks Harthad! I'm on the first book, but so far it's WAY more than I expected it to be. I will soon be done with it, and I can't wait to get my hands on the next one.

/clicks link/ :bye:

I really just enjoyed it as a good fantasy - lots of adventure and so forth. I liked how developed and even real the world seemed, and how it somehow managed to be lighthearted and intense at the same time. Most of the characters were very interesting, too. It reminded me of the talking animals from Narnia, but the characters in Redwall were a lot more human and serious.

I used to be hooked on the series, but haven't read any of the books for ages. It's a great fantasy world!
