The canon has always been based on what the writers of the show have written, and the ever changing aspect is one of the strongest characteristics of the entire show! They even gave it a good twist by letting everyone forget the entire event because of the converging timelines, so for the current Doctor nothing has changed and everything will stay the same. Sorry for the little rant, I needed to let off some steam after a heated discussion on Tumblr

Oh, yeah, no, poor thing. I don't touch DW discussions on tumblr with a 50 foot pole.

I love Doctor Who, but I think that Matt Smith is ruinig the whole series.. I hate him only because i think David Tennat is better Doctor, better actor (and more handsome that Matt;)) and the first doctor i saw when I started to watch this awesome series. The stupid End of Time broke my heart(s). Matt's doctor is too cold, and he doesn't care about his companions as the same way the 9th and the 10th doctors did.

... now we'll have a bit of retro look with Peter Capaldi as the Doctor. It will be interesting to see how the story writing goes in the next season.

What you think it's gonna happen to the Tardis when Capaldi's doctor's seasons begins? Is it gonna change again? I think that it wont, cause the Tardis looks now pretty much like the Tardis of classic who.

I think it also hugely depends on who was your first Doctor My friend started watching in the fifth season, so she likes Matt Smith best, but I started with the first season and I really liked Christopher Eccleston and Tennant's Doctors. It took me some time to warm up to Matt Smith though, but that might also have to do with his companions. Oh I hope the Tardis will stay the same! It looks awesome right now, and from what we've seen from Capaldi's costume I think the Tardis interior has that same combination of modern and classic

Hello fellow Whovians; I am 4 episodes to finish the whole 2005 Doctor Who . (I did not watch the webbing Angels episodes in every season yet). "Doctor Who" is the best series ever; it's adventure, ideas, places, stories, words, lives and in one word infinity.

And now the Christmas special is coming.... Is that's why they were 13 saving Gallifrey?

Probably yes.. That was quite a shock, saving Gallifrey, I mean, cause I've always thought that it was blown up in the Time War. And now it's pretty safe in a painting..
The weeping angels... I'm so afraid of them as well. Thank you, Doctor who, now I fear every statue and I'm afraid of blinking when there's a statue somewhere near me. So thanks a lot for that!
