I'm having a LotR marathon today. Just finished watching Fellowship, onto Towers and then King. Woo.

I've been thinking of having a LotR marathon sometime. Today I had a OUAT marathon though, so I am floating on cloud 9. So I'm thinking I need to shop at my bookstore again. this is bad. its like an addiction! good thing I have gift cards! On another note, I finally got my new contacts in that are my updated prescription! It only took a month. Its so nice to be able to see things clearly again, and read my computer screen without squinting! But I got a headache today, and my eyes feel a little tired, so obviously they're trying to adjust to the new prescription. Hopefully that doesn't continue, I'd hate to have to wait longer for new lenses, plus if I have to change them again the other option I have costs more. And I dont want to pay more, I'm already paying $90 for the lenses I'm getting now!!

Having a LotR marathon just makes the rest of your week golden. Was too tired for life today but couldn't stop smiling because of the amazing mood the marathon put me in. It does help that my new wake up alarm is I See Fire too. ;D

Heeeyy!! I got an awesome new banner. Lembas did make me a banner to match, but for some reason the forum won't accept it because it's .jpg not .png. As soon as my photobucket stops getting glitchy, I'll sort that problem out. I sense a pointless update, that no one needs/wants. I took some time off, because I decided to switch from Sims 2 to Sims 3. I hate Sims 3. I turned the story progression and aging off, so all the other sims in the neighbourhood would stay exactly how they are. I take my eyes off them for five seconds, and sims randomly dissappear to places unknown, and families just spawn babies and toddlers. It shouldn't be doing that, because story progression is off. Once I've made some good house designs, I think I'll switch back to Sims 2. I loved the fact that in 2, if I didn't play that household, they stayed frozen forever. 3 is much better for house designs though.

It's a problem with my image host, because it's stupid, I've pmed you about it . Photobucket sucks but should have solved it now I hope!

Oh, it's a tinypic thing? Oh, cool. I saw the PM. Photobucket worked fine.
Well, I gave up on Sims 3. It's total chaos. Sims 2 may be extremely flawed, but it's perfection in sim form.

Did NOT get tickets to see my country boy Luke Bryan today, thanks to the delayed "sure i'll go" response from my friend. I am not happy. And its doubtful I will show up at her bonfire tomorrow night. Simply because I'm still ticked. Does she know all this? No. Because she hasn't texted me all day other than her "sure i'll go" message right before the freaking tickets went on sale, creating a mad dash to try to find someone with fast inernet to try to get them for me. And I haven't texted her. Granted she probably hasn't texted me, not even to ask if i got the tickets, because she's too busy out dancing at her freaking bar tonight, just like every wednesday and friday night.

That totally does suck, Tink. Is there another show you could get tickets for at a later date?
Okay, despite my previous giving up on TS3, I'm only giving it a second try, to play as the Goth famlly. I adore them. I had to move Bella's family, and Agnes in to the house, to make sure to preserve the family tree. I am going to attempt a legacy with them.

Ive had computer troubles all night and my poor friend who tried to help me got to see how bad my Asperger's shines through when I'm on that level of upset. In the end he just ditched me, said we'd talk tomorrow, and left. Because I make no sense when I'm like that. It sucks because so far he's never seen that side of me and now I don't know what it'll do to our friendship. I'm like a 5 year old throwing a tantrum when I'm on that level of stress/anxiety. Saying reasonable things to me is just met by NO, THAT'S NOT POSSIBLE. Bleh.

Does anyone know any good old or gothic names? I want to keep up the gothic theme, within my TS3 Goth legacy.

How old? Just "old" doesn't narrow it down much. Male or female? Victorian era? For old-ish names, personally, I like Wednesday, Victoria, Charlotte, Guinevere, Agnes, Matilda, Florence, Benjamin, Samuel, Benedict, Franklin, Maxwell, Victor, Oscar, Morgan. To name a few.

Male or female. It doesn't really matter what era. The Goth family have pretty random collection of names like Gunther, Cornelia, Mortimer, Cassandra, Alexander, Victor, Gretle. Agnes is in there. She is Cornelia's sister, but not a Goth.
Honestly, I would prefer both old and gothic names, because you can only use names like Scarlett, Asher, and Raven so many times, before they get boring.
