Don't know if this topic has been raised before but I'll ask anyway. Where of all the places in the books would you most like to live and why ?

Some Examples:

Hobbiton
Minas Tirith
Mordor
Bree
Rivendell
Lothlórien
Isengard
Golden Hall
Moria

Any where else?

Personally I would love to live in Ithilien or Lothlórien... So beautiful!

But sadly it's impossible for us to live in Middle-earth...

Rivendell......most definantly, it's so beautiful and peaceful there.

Hmm...I would love to live in Lothlorien. It seems so peaceful there. However, it is dying...so I'd live there a while and then move to Rohan. I love the open plains, I could just run and run and run.

probably Rivendell. as Larael said, it's so peaceful and beautiful. but Rohan would also be awesome, too. i'm a big horse fan, and how fun would it be to live in the land of the Horse Lords?!?

I think that I would like to live in Lothlorien, Rivendell or Rohan, either place seems fine to me my Elf friends

An elven haven... so either Rivendell, Lothlorien, or Mirkwood
Though Rivendell would be most fitting because of the tranquil setting and the beautiful buildings and such.

I would have to switch between Rivendell and Lothlorien:

Elf havens are beautiful and I can't choose between those two!

I would love to live in Rivendell or Lothlorien. It would be so beatiful. Hobbiton or Minas Tirith would be great too. Bree, Isengard and Moria are my last choices. Too dreary lol.

I'd live Mordor with the Nazgul

My first choice would be Gondolin though.

OH! Definately Lothlorien...no, rohan..no..lothlorien, no rohan, no, lothlorien...I DON'T KNOW!!!!! Lothlorien is soo peacefull and sounds so pretty the way tolkien discribes it, and i like big trees , but i also love rohan, it is also really pretty and i love the mountains, and i love horses and like Eowyn, Eomer, Eorl, and Ferelof are like my fav characters, i don't know.

I can't really decide because I like a lot of them. Rivendell is pretty I know, and is very peaceful, and peace is what I would seek. But I'm thinking that a cheerful place would likewise be good, so Bree and the Shire are also considered. But then again, I'm a human, so a human standing against hobbits? I'd be too tall to fit into most places.
