I agree :P It was entertaining, but thats probably because I saw it with a big group of friends... but not a great movie.

It's okay. I'm not the biggest fan of sci-fi, nor Tom Cruise, but it was pretty good.

It was suspenseful but before you know it, it was over...plus, I'm NOT a Tom Cruise fan...

I thought it was ok, but difinately not the best movie I've ever seen... the grainy-ness of it didn't help any, nor did the swearing... and I'd expected it to be scarier. (a friend of mine who saw it before I did said it was really scary, but I thought it was more on the gross side) It also seemed rather pointless... the whole movie is just them running away :blink:

All in all, I'd give it a 2 out of 5.

I thought it was good, not Steven Speilberg's best movie, but still alright. The ending could have been better, and Dakota Fanning annoyed me, but apart from that, I thought it was good. Oh, and Miranda is in it, too! :-D

I quite liked the original black and white version.......

To be honest, I haven't even bothered to see this one as I am not a great Tom Cruise fan.

It will be on TV soon enough and I'll watch it then - I don't see the need to remake every old movie, as seems to be the trend lately. Does everything need a modern twist?

I hated it.
Absolutely HATED that movie.
I give it a 1/10, just because Dakota Fanning did a good job.

I was disappointed. ;-;
It was a little too much predictable melodrama, and not really enough of the original texts.
That, and it had SO much lack of logic.

I enjoyed the film as a whole, I guess, for effects and such...but I wouldn't call it a good film by any means.
