You have to upload your picture, or your phantom banner at a website. Like photobucket. That you have to register. Or you can just go to Imageshack. It doesn't require signing up. If you need help, you can ask me.

Uploading is when you click browse at a website and enter. It hosts your picture, then you can do the code [img]your%20address%20to%20your%20pic%20here.[/img]
It can't work on your server which is C:/and all that. If this is confusing, I can help again.
