((sry about being off here for so long ^^))
Rhan pulled her horse alongside Borum's wagon "So? Is he coming back then?" The elf laughed, meaning Rinkemen. The horse snorted, and tossed its head restraining its urge to run amok. Traveling slowly was obviously one of its strong points.

"Yes, but he will come after us so we will probably reach our destination before him...."

"That is a good thing." the elf smiled.

Borum looked at her for a while and blew smoke out of his mouth as well as a question.
"What is your problem elf? You laugh at nothing and look at others in an odd way like we are bellow you..."

(Joining by request of Mire I have entered my character in the required section... I hope Mire doesn't mind me just going ahead and joining in)
Arinae urged Stardance into an easy canter, her redish blonde hair in Rohirrim style, streamed behind her as she kept her face to the wind. It had been 6 years since she had been to Rohan, and she was anxious to return and visit Elonyn, her close family friend who had raised her since she was an infant until her seperation when she was 7. She loved the wilderness, and she loved to travel. With the elves she would always be out with them on small tracking parties, and she had learned much in her few years. Pausing her horse, she sheilded her eyes from the sun with her hand and gazed across the valley ahead of her. Arinae had just visited Minas Tirith, to find the perfect gift for Elonyn.
Ahead she spotted two figures, one obviously a young girl, and the other a man seemingly not much older than the girl with him. They seemed to be either examining a camp site or putting out the fire. She smiled to herself and wondered what they could be doing and where such a young couple would be heading, and figured as long as she was headed in the same general direction, she might as well find out. Arinae approached them, but not too quickly, checking Stardance's pace.
"Vedui' ... mae govannen" she used the elven tongue in her greeting, forgetting she wasn't among elves. "Ah, forgive me, it has been long since I have spoken to kin, and I only had a brief reminder of this within the walls of the fair city of Minas Tirith so it is still all too easy to fall back on the tongue of the fair elves... Greetings, my friends, what brings you to travel alone at such young ages as it seems?"

Rhan gave Borum a sharp look " I have none. Why do you accuse me of things I dont do? Or is it just the famed dwarved hostility?"

Radiel kept her quick pace the best she could. While she was now ahead of Rinkemen, she did not exactly know what to do. After a bit, she decided to take a short break, to rest her sore feet and ponder her situation. She drank a bit of water, and slowly felt a little strength coming back. She looked ahead of the way she was going. Radiel could dimly see a gathering of trees, another small forest, perhaps. She decided to go there for a better cover and take a longer break there, while getting something to eat.
It did not take her long to get there, and surprised as Radiel was, the wood she guessed to be just a small gathering of trees, was, in fact, a rather big forest. Much bigger than the one where Airain and her ran into Rinkemen.
The sun was starting to set, giving the sky a red cover. It almost looked like a blanket, Radiel thought, looking up. As she walked further into the forest, the trees went closer. Radiel's mind of imagination showed her, that the trees were keeping each other warm that way, just like a big, happy family. Radiel shook her head.
It did not last long, before Radiel came to a rather big slope. She stood on the edge, watching the horizont, faintly seeing the fields beyond, beginning to stretch wide again. Radiel yawned. She wanted to find a place to sleep before it got too dark for her to see anything. Only, before she got to think further about it, the ground beneath her feet disappeared. Something Radiel had failed to see, was that the slope was so muddy, that it would take a light feather to start a landslide.
She rolled down the slope, unable to stop because of the high speed. Falling another two yards, she landed in pool of water. Shocked by what she had just experienced, she shook her head and sweeped the water away from her eyes. As she opened her eyes again, her jaw dropped by the sight that met her. She heard a growl, and not too far away, stood a wolf, facing Radiel. The wolf bared its teeth and growled again, having Radiel paralyzed with fear.

Airain continued sprinting towards Radiel until she heard the distinct growl of a wolf. She took a sharp turn and jumped onto a jutted rock, looking into the distance. The sight that awaited Airain was Radiel, paralyzed by fear as a wolf began closing in on her. Airain didn't have time to think twice, she immediately took off towards the large forest that Radiel had just recently entered.
It didn't take Airain long to reach the forest and she instantly ran up the slope and slid down it, maintaining her balance as she rushed forward. Water came flying up as Airain ran through the puddle Radiel had fallen in, mud streaking across Airain's already dirty face. Airain then quickly shoved Radiel out of the way as she reached for her sword, taking a swift swipe at the wolf's head, cutting it off cleanly.
Airain took a while cleaning off the blood from her sword before she slowly turned back to face Radiel.
"You didn't listen. Next time, I suggest you do unless you want to face a very unpleasant death. Get up." Airain said, sheathing her sword and waiting for Radiel to pick herself up. However, the young girl looked rather traumatized and she kept staring at the wolf's head, not moving.
"I said get up. Now." Airain said again, her tone commanding obedience from the girl. Radiel still didn't move and Airain finally grabbed her by both of her shoulders and hauled her upwards. She pushed Radiel forward, indicating for her to start walking.
"Don't expect me to feel sorry for you. You had better hope that we don't get ambushed by a pack of wolves, then you'll be really afraid." Airain sneered at her.

Radiel took a deep breath and started walking slowly as Arain pushed her forward. She stayed silent, not even noticing that she had lost her bag, rolling down the slope.

Airain sighed, perhaps she was being too hard on the girl but Radiel needed to learn. The wilderness wasn't a place to dawdle about, she should know better then to run helplessly away. Radiel had to be on guard if she was going to survive, everyone had to be. Suddenly, Airain heard low growls coming from behind them. She spun around, but nothing was there, Airain then looked to her left, her right, and back in front of her. Radiel was doing so too, but no wolves were in sight.
"They'll be here soon..they're waiting for the right time to attack." Airain sad in a low voice to Radiel as the sky darkened and night slowly came upon them.

Radiel could hear her own breath. It was slow, yet heavy. She tried to calm it, by telling herself that wolves would not hurt her. Seeing as she knew that would not be true, Radiel's breath stayed uneasy. She turned forward again, seeing a pair of clear eyes among the trees. Two green eyes were glaring into Radiel's, and she thought back to how the folk in Minas Tirith often reminded her how much her eyes resempled that of a wolf. "Airain," she whispered, not drawn away from the mysterious gaze. "They're everywhere."

"I know. Radiel, listen to me, this is what I need you to do.." Airain began as she unstrapped her bow from her back and notched an arrow in it.
"Get down, and don't look up!" Airain said as she released the arrow into a wolf's stomach that had began running towards them.
Airain's hands were moving so fast as she released arrow after arrow into countless wolves. She finally dropped down her bow and quickly drew her two blades as the wolves began coming closer. One lunged up at her and Airain slashed at it with her knives, making it fall to the ground. Suddenly three wolves jumped up at her and Airain had to duck to avoid being attacked by them. The wolves jumped right over her head and Airain spun around, killing them swiftly. Airain was taken off guard as a huge wolf sprang upon her, slashing her across her cheek with its claws. The wolf began to attack her again but before it could Airain stabbed it through its mouth with her blade. She slowly drew out her sword as she looked around, most of the remaining wolves were running off, most likely because the majority of their pack had been killed. Airain sighed and sheathed her swords and picked up her bow and strapped it back onto her back.
"We need to get moving. Let's go." Airain said to Radiel who was still laying on the ground.

Rinkemen was now incredibly tired. He had no ffod on him and only half a flask of water.
"Dear me this is hard work."
He took a swig of water and pressed on into another wood. As he entered he heard wolves howling. He drew his sword and pressed on and soon came to a clearing where he found several wolf bodies on the ground.
"Who could have..."
Then he noticed the elven arrow.
"Airain!"
He took a deep breath and ran after her.

(i'm going to jump in if thats ok!)
Amoniel pushed Hareth into a trot. The horse was light on her feet but there were too many underbrush and twigs on the ground to make no noise.
Suddenly she heard the footsteps of several people running. Amoniel drew her sword and followed the sound. Hareth jumped over a thicket and they slid to a halt infront of several people.
Amoniel threw off her hood and had her sword ready

Airain and Radiel left with a quick pace. The forest was bigger than Radiel had thought to begin with, but how big, she did not know. She wondered where Rinkemen was and if he actually knew that she was out in the wild. She also wondered what was going on in Rohan. Radiel knew that she had to find out. She yawned of exhaustion, still, however, trying to keep up with the Elf's pace.
