I just realized I never actually read the whole thing; it's rather long. It's not bad; Narnia is mentioned, as well as Heffalumps

Yes, well...
I posted this in the HP club, but JK updated her site ->>
December 25
Rumours
So...
Lupin will not come back as DADA teacher
Harry is not a Metamorphmagus
Mrs Norris is not an unregistered Animagus
Book Seven will not be called 'Harry Potter and the Pyramids of Furmat' [???]
Peter Pettigrew's silver hand will not be used to kill Remus Lupin (Oooo that was a big theory)
Aunt Petunia is not a witch
And the biggest one, the sorting hat is not a Horcrux.
And she's starting the 7th book in January!
EDIT: She's also put a pole up in FAQ! Vote for the question you want her to answer! (you need to go to the non-text version of her site to do this)

Nah, I've never really thought the Sorting Hat was a Horcrux, too cliche, I think.
She hasn't crushed the "Harry is a Horcrux" theory though

I just mean that that was a big theory. I thought it was a possibility, but I wasn't sure.
Nope she hasn't crushed "Harry is a horcrux", or "Tom Riddle's trophy for special services to the school is a horcrux".

Oooo The trophy, I didn't hear that theory as of it. Interesting! But again, it's like the Sorting Hat...except it doesn't sing.

Hahahaahahaha I love the answer she gave to the title of the book Quote: Book Seven will be called 'Harry Potter and the Pyramids of Furmat'
The Pyramids of Furmat lie a few miles east of the famous Fortress of Shadows, not far from the magnificent Pillar of Storgé. Many tourists prefer to view these ancient monuments at night, when they are illuminated by the Green Flame Torch.

Any pottermore people here? If yes: What house are you? What do you think of dueling/potions? What is your favorite bit of new canon?

I'm on Pottermore too, I'm in Slytherin. I just never really use it anymore. I love though through the books, but I'm not really into dueling or making potions. I was for a while, but now I can't be bothered haha.

I don't know what I'm called. Marauder something I think. I became a member during the beta period, when you had to find uh, what was it, the snitch? Something like that.
