Sometimes I need images to fill my website with content, but they’re always all over the internet in different formats. It’s especially annoying when you find an interesting picture and it’s in WEBP, so you download it in that web format and then can’t upload it to your site. Is there a way to download images directly in the format I need?

I’m not sure if there’s any universal software for this kind of work. But if you use Chrome, you can install this image downloader app: https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/image-downloader/hohnpmioogigogdedhigjpjjjonkojbk . With it, you can download as many images as you want and even convert them to the format you need with a single click. I don’t know if other browsers have something similar, I only use Chrome myself.

To download images in your preferred format, you can use a browser extension or an online image converter. Extensions like Image Downloader (for Chrome) allow you to select images and choose your desired format before downloading. Alternatively, you can use online tools like Convertio or Zamzar to upload and convert images to the format you need. Just make sure the image quality stays intact during conversion!
