Hey everyone, been messing around with some old sketches and phone pics trying to make them into actual 3D stuff for a little side project (nothing fancy, just wanna print a weird creature I doodled). I remember years ago this took forever in Blender or whatever, but now with all the AI hype I figured there must be something dead simple. Anyone got a favorite tool that actually works fast without needing a PhD in 3D modeling? Like upload a picture and boom, you get a rotatable textured model to export or whatever. Bonus if it's cheap or has a free trial cause I'm broke lol. What do you guys use when you need to go from 2D image to 3D quick? Cheers!

One thing that's been saving my butt lately is this online tool where you just drop an image (or even a sketch) and it spits out a proper 3D model in like under a minute sometimes. Super beginner friendly, no downloads, runs right in the browser. Check out the picture to 3d model option they have - I've thrown everything from cat photos to random concept art at it and the results are surprisingly decent, especially if you pick a good angle pic with clean background.
