Yeah.
When I heard that the cast and krew weren't well known, it kind of scared me. But the trailer said that the director has done the visual effects on some great movies! And the guy who plays Brom is an Academy Award winner.

I think Brom looks quite good, and Eragon ok - but he still looks overly modern to me. And somehow I never pictured him with blond hair (what's with all the blond(e)s?), but I forget if Chris P. ever gave him a hair color in the book.

Interesting. I don't remember if a hair color was assigned to him...though somehow I had in my head that it was blonde.

I really like the person who plays Arya, with the exception of the blonde hair. Eragon looks a little bit more immature than I was thinking, but he's okay. For some reason I always thought of him with brown hair, though.
Does anyone else think Durza doesn't look sinister enough?

I remember that Arya was described with very dark hair in the book - or am I wrong?

I think so. Most of the time, I am disappinted when they change something that is clearly mentioned in the book.

I'm going to try and give her a chance... although, in some of the 'trailer', it looks like she might actually have light brown hair, which would be a little bit better 
I don't really have any problems with any of the actors, only the casting and costume departments  For instance, why oh why does Durza have blue eyes? I know I've complained about this before, but it's really bugging me  It's not like red contacts are expensive... neither is a hair cut. What's he doing with long hair? I alsays imagined his hair as being short  And Brom looks too young - he should be more like this. [/rant] _________________ <center>

Arya with light hair? THAT'S AWFUL!!!! She needs to have black hair.
