OMG NZ is the best country! ive never been to the north island but the south island is where all the mountains are... AND I LOVE MOUNTAINS! its the best!
i would have to choose between hobbiton, isengard (before it was evil) , Minas Tirith and Rivendell. Hobbiton because the hobbits live in peace and harmony with the land and each other, and the others because of the mounatins and how pretty they are

Lothlorien definitly! Because the time isnt as fast as outside of it an you can enjoy every second of the fantastic days there!

I would love to live in Rivendell for its beauty and serenity, but I would also enjoy living in Minas Tirith. Especially its depiction in the films, such fantastic architecture! I love to pore over the screencaps of Gandalf and Pippin riding through the city in RotK. All the little details - simply amazing!

Lorien, Imladris, Minas Tirith, Greenwood the Great/Eryn Lasgalen, Erebor in all its glory, Ithilien, Hobbiton, Dale, Rohan, Ithilien, Henneth Annun, oh man... so many places.

I would have loved to live in and see Osgiliath is it's heyday. It must have really been something. In current Middle-Earth I'd love to live in either Minas Tirith or Caras Galadhon. _________________ Still happily married to Sean Bean! (05-Feb-2010)

I would live over in Eregion probably... that way I could vacation in the misty mountains hunting trolls and goblins and visit Rivendell often.

Lol I get it... good one!  Lothlorien would be really pretty but I just couldn't get used to the particulars of elvish culture especially lothlorien. I think Rivendell would be much easier to adjust to culturally.
