Arinae stared silently into the fire, her thoughts preoccupied, wondering how and why she had been drawn into such a matter, and pondering on how unusual it seemed. Soon sleep took her, something she hadn't found very well on the trail, since the warg attack.

Rinkemen was about to shout abuse at her but Radiel had already left. He sighed and turned back to his books. The hours grew late and Rinkemen fell asleep looking into his books.

Borum had gone and now sat on a small chair outside the house burning his pipe quietly pondering.

Liran sat on his bed awhile, but he felt restless and knew sleep would not come to him soon. So he got up and walked softly to the door, which luckily opened without much noise.
Once outside, he took a deep breath. The air was almost cold, and had a slight smell of.. horse. He could hear the usual noises of the night. He chuckled. There had been a time when he'd been afraid of those, but that had passed. He pulled his cloak around him started walking through the moonlit city. This place was very different from the well ordered stone houses and paved streets he'd seen in Minas Tirith. It was more like an oversized village, the unpaved streets crossing whichever way on the steep hillside.
He stopped.. someone had mumbled. A woman, too, by the sound. He looked about, but despite the moon's glow, he could see no one nearby. Unless.. there was something on a nearby fair-sized rock. Walking closer, he could make out the shape of a person, curled up. He called softly, but she didn't move. It's much too cold to be out sleeping in the night, I have to wake her up, he thought. Reaching over, he put a hand on her shoulder, and gave it a gentle shake.

OOC: Sprunk and I worked on this post a bit together, so he kinda just told me what to post for Liran./OOC
Sleepy as she was, Radiel turned over to ignore the hands of the stranger. As he shook her again, however, she opened her eyes and felt the cold wind brush through her hair. It took a few moments for her to figure out where she lay, but as she re-called the familiar boulder, she swiftly turned to look at the person whom had just woken her up. A pair of grey eyes were the only light she met, that and the moon and the stars of course, those of Elbereth. Startled by the sudden approach of the stranger, she kept quiet, slowly making out a male figure. As she got used to the dark, she realized that he was not much older than herself.
"Shouldn't you not be sleeping here?" he spoke softly.
Radiel stayed quiet, not exactly sure what to reply.
"Come!" he continued with a friendly voice. "Let me see you to your home."
She got up at last, yawned and jumped down from the big rock.
"It's fine." she finally replied. "I can find my way on my own. Thank you for you kindness and good night." She smiled politely.
With that she left the young man and quickly headed for the house. She entered quietly, having the door make as little noise as possible. She immediately saw (and heard) Rinkemen sitting in the common room with his head in his books, snoring. Reminded by their little disagreement earlier, to put it lightly, she was not all sure whether to wake him up or not. She finally decided, walked over to him and shook his shoulder lightly.
"Sir?"

Rinkemen moaned and lifted his head slowly. His eyes opened slowly and he looked at Radiel, yawning.
"Radiel? It's the middle of then night, what do you want?"

Radiel raised a brow.
"I thought you might want something softer than a chair for bed and a table for pillow."
She shook her head and left, heading to her "own" room. Shutting the door behind her, she took off her shoes and crawled into the bed, laying her head on the fairly soft pillow. Many minutes did not pass before she fell asleep.

Rinkemen closed one eye and sighed.
"Radiel, you're a natural rebel."
He smiled and his head dropped back into the book.

(Here it is again, from another p.o.v.)
The girl turned over, but did not wake. Liran gave her another harder shake. She raised her head and turned to look at him, blinking sleepily for a moment, even though she seemed somewhat startled. She looked young.. and there was something familiar about her. He couldn't quite say what, though..
"Shouldn't you not be sleeping here?" he asked softly. But she remained quiet. "Come!" he insisted, smiling "Let me see you to your home."
She sat awhile, still looking at him. Why is she so quiet? Have I frightened her? Then finally she yawned and jumped from the rock, and after a pause she spoke at last: "It's fine. I can find my way on my own. Thank you for your kindness and good night."
She smiled and left briskly. Liran chuckled and shook his head. She must have dozed off unintentionally..
He stifled a yawn. Suddenly feeling tired again, he headed back to the house he was staying at with the others. He enter quietly and found his way to his bed in the darkness, wincing when he almost tripped over a chair. He unclasped his cloak and draped it over some handy piece of furniture. After taking off his boots, he got in the bed and pulled the cover over himself. He fell asleep quickly..

Amoniel walked into a room. The man she had lended a horse to was sitting reading a book.
"Rinkemen, isn't it?" Amoniel asked sitting down in a chair.

Rinkemen awoke yet again to see the woman from before. He groaned and looked at her.
"Can't an aged man get some rest around here!"
He sighed and shook his head.
"Sorry, it's just the second time I've been woken."

Arinae awoke to the dawn and began a calm morning stroll, wondering if her companions had enjoyed such a pleasent sleep as she had.

Liran was awoken by the various noises coming from the house, and the town, as people started their daily business. He washed and dressed, and found his way to the kitchen. After a simple breakfast provided by the mother of the family, he went outside and sat on a barrel, enjoying the warmth of the sun and watching the comings and goings of the Rohirrim.
Feeling filled with life and joy by the surroundings, he took his flute out of its case and played out its music softly, as it came to his heart. He made a point of trying to find some local musicians. There were surely a few in the city. There always were, especially around a royal hall. They would have tunes and songs unknown to him, and he was always anxious to learn more.

Rowen awoke slowly as the muffled sounds of the city rose around her. She stretched her legs out in front of her, looking bleakly around the room. Apparently her companions had already gone. Pushing to her feet, she was shocked to find that she had slept at least two hours later than usual. At home, she liked to get up at dawn.
Walking over to the window, Rowen unbraided her tangled hair and began to comb it. The window was at the back of the small building, and she could see obvious signs that life in Rohan was not much different from life in her own city. Leaving her hair down, she opened the door and walked into the main room of the house.
After a light breakfast, Rowen made a hasty exit and deposited herself on the steps, resolving never to sleep by a fireplace again and rubbing her face until it was free of the streaks of soot that her kind hostess had gently pointed out. Adjusting her bag so that the weight fell more evenly on her back, she looked around her for any sight of her companions. She would rather not have to look for Radiel on her own.
Her search was soon rewarded. Strains of music caught her attention, and she followed the sound until, rounding a corner, she found the young man Alyan playing his flute. Her former worry returned, and she faced him with exasperation.
"Master Alyan, I hardly think this is a good time for recreation. Already the sun is high, and we have not even begun to look for my friend. If you think I am going to search for her on my own, you are sadly mistaken," she paused, and grudgingly became more polite. "Will you...please...accompany me through the city?"
