No offense to everyone, but can we change the subject. It's kinda getting a little depressing hearing about this over and over. Sorry blooming_wood, is that mean?

I'm glad someone agrees with me. And what is the 'good son' thing you were talking about?

'the good son' is this movie which Elijah stared in when he was younger

I've recently watched 'Eternal Sunshine of the spotless mind' and I really enjoyed it (It made me laugh..... a lot)

Quote:
Patrick: Well, she was beautiful and... I stole a pair of her panties as well.
Stan: Jesus!
Patrick: What? It's not like - I mean they were clean and all.
Stan: Don't tell me this stuff!

^ :roflmao: So Hilarious!

Oh, ok. I don't think I've seen that one. But i have seen "Eternal Sunshine of the spotless mind' I watched it last year at a friend's house, but we got in trouble cause we were too young to watch R rated movies and her mom caught us cause we were laughing so much.

In Britian, our movies are rated like this:

U (universal - suitable for anyone)
PG (Parental guidence - around 8+)
12A (Only used in theatres - if under 12, you must be with an adult)
12 (is now only used for Videos and DVDs - suitable for 12+)
15 (suitable for 15+)
18 (subitable for 18+)

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind is rated 15 in Britain
FotR - is rated PG
TTT - is rated 12A
RotK - is rated 12A

Just some random info :P

TTT and RotK were rated 16+ in Germany...It seems to be a bit stricter here!

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind was rated R (that's 18+ without an adult) in the US.

^Thank you! :)

To add to the "random info," :P in America, our rating system is like this:

G (General Audience, or something like that)
PG (Parental Guidence)
PG-13 (Parental Guidence for children under 13)
R (I think this means children under 17 have to be with an adult)
NC-17 (No Children under 17--this one is relatively new)
X (I'm not entirely clear about what this one means, or whether NC-17 has replaced it, but I do know it means really inappropriate)

Btw, it was interesting to find out about a different rating system! I guess it never occured to me that they weren't the same in other countries. :bounce:
