This is an rpg based on the book Eragon. The rpg will take place in Farthen Dur with the Varden and the Dwarves (elves are welcome too). This is before Eragon has arrived and no one is sure about the rumors of a new rider. This is my first rpg so I'm not sure how good it will be. I'll start and feel free to jump in at anytime! Oh and I won't reply back tonight because I have to leave. But I'll be on tomorrow.


Branya stretched as she climbed out of her bed. She wasn't sure what time it was, since the city of Farthen Dur was underground. Being new to the Varden she still wasn't used to that.
When she had gotten ready Branya began making her way to the market place. As she was walking she heard people whispering that there was a new rider. She had heard the rumors and she wasn't entirely sure if they were ture or not. But here lately people had began to talk about this new rider more often. The council of Elders even had a meeting about it, or so she had heard. Branya looked around, trying to find someone who might actually know what was going on. She was determined to find out some facts and not just idle gossip.

Lady Artemis- Sure you can join, the more the better! As far as being Nasuada... I had planned on just everyone using an original character, but if you really have your heart set on being Nasuada, I don't mind. Either way it's your choice.

Monsoon landed with a low thump, a slim figure slipped of his back. A dwarf stepped forward scowling in the ancient language. Obviously the elf-rider wasnt welcome. She waved her hand dismissively and headed towards the passage way leading downwards. The silver grey dragon bent low to the groud and wormed its way after her- scraping half the paint of the wall in the procedure.

We are unwelcome enough as it is, stop making it worse...
Yes well... The dwarves are stupid enough to make the dragon room inecesseble.
No... I just think youve grown to big.
Very funny... The dragons voice sounded as annoyed as she looked.

[i]Nasuada ran through the halls of Farthen Dur as quick as he could shouting "Father! Father!". She skidded down one of the marble corridor and slipped s she tripped over the door stop. Looki ng around to check no one saw, she brushed the dust of her dress, drew herself up to her full height, and knocked on the huge overbearing dor that lay before her." Her Father, leader of the Varden sat at his desk. "What was the bang?" He asked. Nasuda ignored him. "Father theres a [/i]Dragon[i]outside! A real dragon! With an elfin rider and silver scales and... A dragon! A real Dragon!"
"Calm yourself down!" He said, the twins have already notified us, though I'm sure this rider would a ppreciate a welcome. Get down there and learn as her reason for travelling here, it must be awful important if she fflew across the Desert to get here."
"Yes Father,I'll go right away" she replied, and dashed down the empty corridor, skirting around the curseed door stop. After running down the empty corridors, and walking elegantly across the town area, she reached the great gates, where sure enough ,, there was a glistening silver dragon, trying to hide something on the wall.
"Kvetha Fricai" Nasuada said, despite her accent being attrocious"What brings you to Farthen Dur?"[/i]

"Kvetha Fricai." Rhan said with an amused smile "But I can speak your tounge."
Kvetha Fricai. Monsoon addressed the girls thoughts then with drew back behind his barriers. He shifted, trying to hide the deep scrape in the wall behind him.
"Yes? How can I help you?" the elf smiled kindly and leant back onto the forlegs of her dragon, who snorted- a dragons laugh.

Orinia was watching the clouds and not noticed another dragon flying by until Fury told her about it Orinia wake up we have company but before she was able to reacted the rider and dragon were gone disapeared in the clouds
Soon they were at the place that had to be and Fury landed softy on thr gras and Orinia jumps of the sadle and went in search of Nasuada

weapons: 2 daggers, long sword
looks: slender and tall, long reddish-brown hair, gray-green eyes
personality: good traits- friendly, outgoing, courageous, helpful; bad traits- bad temper, sometimes jumps into things without thinking
history: Branya was born in Teirm (sp?), but as soon as she was old enough to understand Galbatorix's ways she hated the empire. So when she was 18 she ran away and became one of the Varden.


Branya left the market place finding no useful information there. As she was heading back up to her chamber. She saw Nasuada rushing to her father's chamber. Branya decided she would wait there to see if Nasuada returned. She waited for a few minutes, then she saw Nasuada rushing back the other direction. Since she was in too much of a hurry to stop and talk to Branya, Branya decided to follow her.
When Nasuada stopped, Branya thought it was best to keep out of sight, so she stayed in the shadows. That is she stayed there until she saw an elf and a silver dragon in front of nasuada. Then she could not stay in hiding anymore. Luckily there was a slight lull in their conversasion, because Branya burst out of the shadows and exclaimed, "A dragon rider! I never thought that I would see a real Dragon ever!" Then remebering her place she quickly bowed and said, "Forgive me, Nasuada. I simply had to know why you were rushing about so. I was curious." Then she realized she had neglected to introduce herself to the elf. "Hello," she said, "My name is Branya."

Orinia walked for awhile on the road and Fury walked besides her they soon saw a group of people infront of them talking Orinia looked at Fury and the dragon nodded and said ok we have found her lets go and Orinia smiled and continued walking

When she was close to the group she stopped and said hello uhm can some of you tell me wich one of you is Naseuda?

Nasuada stepped forward "That, would be me" she said to the newcomer with a smile. Then she noticed the huge dragon behind the newcomer. "Two dragons?!? How comes I don't know about this? I was told they were extinct except for that heartless black dragon of Gallabatorix, yet I see two, "extinct" creatures before me" What in Vrael's name is going on here?"
