Locke looked at them, obviously no one could see what lurked in the dark, but it was there looking at them. Then the sounds began to fade and the tree cracking stopped, Locked turned away, but yet looked back towards the woods with a mysterious smile.

"Crystal!" screamed Jessie as she moved to go after her, but someone held her back. "Let me <i>go</i>!" she insisted.

They heard the roaring again.

"Come on!" said Kate. She pulled her up and took cover in a group of trees, having no idea where she was going.



Jessie stared at the trees, not hearing her cousin coming back or seeing Kate anywhere...she struggled harder against whoever was holding her back. "Let me <i>GO</i>!" she tried to shout.
