In one respect, a name is a name is a name, especially in This World. Names here are chosen on a whim, and not passed on as identifying you with a particular history or association with others. Your "name" here, after all, is only a pseudonym.
So certainly -- change your pseudonym.
To satiate my, and dare I say others' curiousity, may I ask why you chose this "name", rather than another?

I thought that Laläíth Elänor suits my personality perfectly, because it means "laughing Elanor" (which is a flower) but it literally means "Laughter Elanor"... but no matter. I love to laugh, is all.
And I'm sorry to say, Cuilwen, that I'll change my name. Sorry!

I'm really disappointed is you, my sister.
And you have a point there, niggle. The only problem is that I recognise people by their names, so name changes are very confusing.

Nononono! You can't change your names! How ever will I find half my family? I like them just the way they are. (I'm not pouting, nope not at all...*sarcasm* ) I agree with FaZ, name changes are horrid things! It's bad enough with all the members and their constantly changing avvies/banners. My brain shan't be able to handle the stress!
Although...everyone's new names are so pretty and inventive... _________________
