Wow. I think one "hi" would have done it. But let me be the first one to say: Welcome! I don't think I've seen you around here before. Are you new?

What are you so confused about, Old-Man-Willow?

I don't know, I never thought that way about Lorien. It's very beautiful and elflike but I wouldn't want to live there. It would be a lovely place to visit, maybe for summer vacation, but I would rather live somewhere like Minas Tirith. Don't get me wrong, Lorien is amazing! It just seems to me (but I'm human, haha) that nothing exciting really happens and all the elves just float around being mystical and elflike. But I think elves like that sort of thing!

I also thought that way when I first saw the movie, but now I understand why Lothlorien is the way it is, because the elves of Lorien like Galadriel and Celeborn had their great time in the first age and now Galadriel has one of the three rings and it seems likely that they will soon have to go over the sea to Valinor and I guess they just wanted to keep their last time in middle-earth in peace..

Lothlorien is a great place, i love it but it's a place to go to if you need quiet time, not a place to live it. if you need a break than thats the place to go. a place to let you mind go and rest.

Lothlorien must have been indeed a really great place. As Frodo said time there was not passing the same way as outside it. There maybe all your problems were solved and it was surely a place to rest the mind and the soul. I would really like to go there.
