When I first heard that they were gonna make another one I was like "aww no, it'll be really bad!" Most 2nd movies I've seen are, you see. But now that I've had a couple of spoilers and stuff, I'M GONNA LOVE IT! I hope...

Lol I've already started working DMC quotes into everyday conversation. I'm hoping to slip them in enough that when my friends and family go to see it, they're like, "Oh, that's what she meant!"
That's actually what my friend did with CotBP because she didn't see it until last Spring. The whole time we were watching it, she was staying stuff like, "Hey, you say that all the time!" or "Oh, that's why you always say 'pirate' when I accuse you of something!" It was quite fun, to say the least.

haha, that's so fun
but I can't do that. people will look at you as though your mad if you slip "pirate" in english into an everyday norwegian conversation

Ah, pirateyness is not restricted by language, luv. In fact, my Spanish teacher last year didn't like PotC at all, so I made a point of memorizing some key PotC lines in Spanish, then wrote them on all my vocabulary sheets with a word that relates to the quote. For example: one week one of the words was "huevos" (which means "eggs"), so off to the side I wrote in: "Y huevos malisimos..." ("And really bad eggs..."). It was quite fun, really, to see what she would catch.
Others I translated include:
"Aquí hay monstruos!" ~ "Here there be monsters!" (very literal translation and not entirely correct grammatically for Spanish, but it translates literally as "Here there are monsters")
"Yo lamento, es sólo tal un bote bonito...buque." ~ "I'm sorry, it's just such a pretty boat...ship."
"Por favor, te quedas aquí, y intenta a no hace algo...necio." ~ "Please, stay here, and try not to do anything...stupid."

I read an interview that Disney hates Johnny Depp's style for Jack Sparrow, Disney thinks that he's ruining the movie, I personally love it lol, I hope that Johnny doesn't give it up.
