Does anyone play in instrument that's unusual or not very well known? I've started learning Irish pennywhistle. It's really cool!

unusual? I play the Bagpipes, if you consider that unusual. Most people do, but I find it ordinary. I know a lot of people that play them. Ooo, the pennywhistle sounds fun :-D

I know how you do that! You fold your hands together and blow through your thumbs, and moving your fingers up and down you can change the note. Okay, so it sounds weird, but I can play basic stuff doing it...

Er... do you consider a 16-year-old playing the organ at church unusual?

When I was young, like 8 or 9, I was learning the recorder. I didn't get very far on it. lol
I love bagpipes, Sidawethiel! I don't think many ppl play them here in America. lol. Are they hard to play?
That's awesome that you're teaching yourself, Luth! A mandolin is sort of like a small guitar, right?
I wish I could play my hands-I'd always have an instrument ready. lol. I can do "percussion" by popping a leaf in my hands! lol
That's awesome that you play the organ, Arwen Arianna! I don't think it's that unusual. I was playing piano in church when I was 15. lol

Yup, a mondolin is sort of a mini guitar, but it has 8 strings. We have a violin, but it needs to be re-strung. My mom wants to have it done, because me and my brother want to play it :)

Well, an organ is very different from a piano (I've played the piano since I was 4) and considering that 1500 ppl go to my school and 3 of them play the organ I think it can be called unusual.. I wish I could play the harp, though.. :-(
