I liked that part, too. I like the whole book and I am going to read it again soon. That was also the first Tolkien book that I ever read, but I read it after I watched the trilogy movies.

I love the hobbit. It's weird to think though that he wrote the book for kids 5 and up because I can't think of anyone my age who would even read the hobbit when it is such an awesome book!
