					| OK, so I was thinking today, there are a lot of songs that make me sad, serious, or thoughtful.
But if we were sad all the time, what fun would life be? So then I started thinking about songs that either make me happy, or that I sing when I'm already happy. Here's a list that's currently coming to mind:

 Shine ~ The Newsboys
 Woohoo ~ The Newsboys
In the Belly of a Whale ~ The Newboys
Lucky in My Life ~ Eiffel 65
 Blue ~ Eiffel 65
Dragostea Din Tei (Numa Numa) ~ O-zone
I'm Gonna Be (500 Miles) ~ The Proclaimers
 Pressing On ~ Reliant K

That's just the ones that are coming to mind right now. So, what songs make you happy? What do you sing when you're happy?

that song actually always makes me cry, but i guess that's cuz i first heard it at the funeral of a very teacher, so i always associate it with the death of someone special. tis a beautiful song though.
 my happy songs are:
  - shiny happy people - r.e.m. (the happiness is baked right in!)
  - mr tambourine man - bob dylan
  - good vibrations - beach boys
  - way too many beatles and kinks songs to list them all
  - flowers in the rain - the move
  - i'm a believer - the monkees (can you see a 60s theme appearing now?)
  - all those worship songs that make me want to dance
  - irish jigs and reels_________________ <center> **MY BOOK**

					| I'm with Arwen, I really have no happy songs that I actually listen to. Most of what I listen to is rather melancholy, but there are a few songs I listen to when I want to be slightly less depressed that usual.
 - The Spamalot soundtrack
 - Any song by Carbon Leaf except The War Was In Color
 - Blood, Teenagers, Dead! and I'm Not Okay (I Promise) - My Chemical Romance - Dirty Mind	- The Pipettes
 - Superman - Goldfinger
 - Like You Like An Arsonist	- Paris Texas
 - Thank You - Dido
 - Dirty Little Secret - All-American Rejects
 - Cowboys Are Frequently Secretly (Fond of Each Other) - Willie Nelson
 - Cat Stevens
Yes, MCR does make tim4x happy.

					| Yes, see, I typically like sadder songs better too... but every now and again it's fun to just be happy. Arwen the webmaster wrote: ~ Anything by ABBA.....

~ You Raise Me Up ... - Josh Groban

Don't Stop Me Now, Old Fashioned Lover Boy, I Was Born to Love You, Hammer to Fall, and Princes of the Universe ~ Queen
Butterfly ~ I really have no idea who it's by...
 Run ~ Snowpatrol
 Our Lives ~ The Calling

					| ^ Haha Nie! Just the title is making me laugh...
"Come What May" from the Moulin Rouge soundtrack also makes me kinda happy. But it's sad if you consider the "I will love you until my dying day" part of the lyrics with respect to the end of the movie...
Also "You Get Me" and "All You Wanted" by Michelle Branch OH! And Concerning Hobbits makes me happeh _________________
