Woo hoo! Hidalgo! I love the movie, the story, the horse, the actor! Go Hidalgo!
As for Favorite scene, I like the one where he has really given up an starts singing right at the end of the race; before he wins!

How did I NOT know about this club?! ACK!!! I'd LOVE to join if I could! I love this movie! I remember I saw it when it opened and all the Chemistry classes at my highschool had a movie day and we could go to any movie we wanted...and it happened to be the day Hidalgo opened.  
TOTALLY loved it! YAY!!! Haven't seen it in a while, so I can't think of any particular favourite scene. Hmmm...*wanders off thinking* _________________ "So what? So plenty!"

I love the scene in the desert when Hopkins finally accepts that he's an Indian, and then comes the other guy and says he'll never win and Hidalgo stands up and approches from behind. That's such a great scene.
And his opponent says "You will not defeat me. I am born of a great tribe of the horse" and Hopkins (with this awesome Viggo-voice  ) "So am I". Luv it, luv it.,luv it!!! _________________ <center>
