Well.... no... because he doesn't you see. Besides, I like Elrond. I wouldn't want to hurt his feelings, even if he had one. People with unibrows have feelings too.
On the subject of eyebrows would you ever...... dye Legolas/Haldir/another Elf's eyebrows to match their hair?
