Finally someone else agrees that Murtagh looks emo! I personally have no opinion as to whether Eragon or Murtagh look better... I don't think about the way guys look. Ha! That made me smile. Emo Murtagh! Actually, thats what I thought of too when I first saw a picture of him. Pale skin, dark hair...
Emo Murtagh! The first few pictures I saw of him were definatly emo. But the last few I've seen he looks a lot better. And not too bad looking either.
An Eragon bike? That is strange.

Yeah, I watched the first part of it last night, they're airing the next on Monday. It was so weird! And Edward Speelers and Jeremy Irons visited the shop, and the whole time I was thinking "this is just bizarre." It's going to look pretty cool though. But still, who ever thought of an Eragon chopper?...

Okay... I just heard "Keep Holding On" by Avril Lavigne, the song she is doing for the soundtrack... ew. Who on earth chooses AVRIL LAVIGNE to do a song for a fantasy movie!?
It's the 3rd most popular song on the iTunes music store, too.

I am getting SO excited for this movie! Squeee!! Eragon seems a bit conceited, but from the clips I saw Brom was kinda remedying that, so that's good. Saphira seems a bit more blue-grey than blue most times, which is okay I guess, and I can't watch the two clips I wanted to most - Eragon trying to rescue Arya and Eragon vs. Durza. Oh well. My compy really doesn't like the MSN movie player.

I haven't watched a trailer in a while...it's hard to resist the urge to just skip to any part with Murtagh or Durza I love the Murtaghy-swishy-die! bit and the Go-Kill-Enemies-Raah part. The exploding blue arrow is also very funny
P.S I went to London to visit my cousins and there was a huge Eragon billboard at the side of the road. Giant Arya scared me.

This whole Eragon this is really bugging me. It looks awesome. I wanna see the movie, but...
I haven't read the books. And I HATE seeing a movie first, instead of reading the books first.
So. About 2 months ago, I decided that I should check Eragon out from the local library. I go to the library's website, enter my card number, and see if they have it on the shelf. None.
I try again a week later. Nothing.
And again...
And again...
And again...
Right now, I see on the library's website:
YA PAOLINI 2003
Eragon
Paolini, Christopher.
No copies currently on the shelf. Click on details for more information.

Ack! I can relate. I haven't read Eragon in years, and I haven't read the sequel yet. I put them on hold weeks ago, when they were due to be turned in in one day.
And they've beeen overdue...for two weeks.
PLUS my evil English teacher has us read 600 pages of a novel (or multiple novels) every grading period. I told her I had Eragon on hold, and she said I wasn't allowed to read those silly fantasy books.
*screams*
