Bregalad was an Ent, whereas the Sindar were a race of Elves, also known as the Grey Elves. So if you're Sindarin, you're a Grey Elf. I'm not really sure how to compare the two, but I guess I'd rather be Sindarin than be Bregalad, so....Sindarin.

Wasnt Sindarin a language spoken by the elves? And Bregalad is Quickbeams name translated in Sindarin.

Yeah, Sindarin was also the name of the language, but the Grey Elves, the Sindar, were the Sindarin Elves. Note: Not the Sindar Elves, not the Sindarin, but the Sindar or the Sindarin Elves.
