EDIT:
But I have a delima(sp?) and I need your help, Moon. I want to make my entry based on a novel I am trying to write now and eventually get published...but if I enter it in, people could steal my ideas (not saying anyone would, or anything, but just in case) and I really don't want that to happen for this is one of the best novels I have started to write and I don't want my ideas taken...
But I'd like to use it for this contest.
What should I do???? _________________

I think you really have nothing to worry about. Even people who do steal your ideas won't make anything out of them, because your ideas are your own. It takes true patience and dedication to go through with a book, and since the first post of an rpg won't detail every scene that happens in your story, I don't think anyone would WANT to steal your ideas. Most people want to write about their own ideas _________________

Lol, I've got something of the same situation, Tur, but I'm going to go ahead and enter it, though I'm not sure how well it would work for an RPG (it's an awesome idea for a novel (Actually, series--I've thought up several books about it already)) though.
There are a bunch of really cool RPG ideas that never really went anywhere, but they were all ones I worked on with others, so they aren't mine, so I won't enter them, despite the fact that I think they would work really well on Arwen-Undomiel.

I'm working on my idea And it's a made-for-RP idea, so I'm not too worried about anyone stealing it. I thought about basing one off a couple stories (loooong stories...more like books) of mine, but most of the ones I write are pretty centered on one character. *Is excited* _________________

At this point, I'm honestly not planning on making this into an RPG. There are too many ways it could go wrong, and I would really hate if that happened.

Grrr...I'm having trouble making mine RPG-compatible. But I should finish the RPG-version soon.
